Everything is good but have a issue for the leg for parking, when running pedals touching the foot talon !!!

This bike easily accommodates my height and weight requirements, It has extended my biking excursions by a considerable amount. My "wish" is a better display with more info, but not a show stopper. All in all, a great entry level ebike at a great price.

ready to go after 45 minutes of assembly, decent power, 22mph and battery life, I've gone over 40 on one charge.

Let's be honest…. This is a cheaper entry level bike. But it is exactly what my wife wanted to start with. After our first 5 mile ride, all things seem as expected. I am 6'3” and weigh 240. Pedal assist worked well after a few pedals. Shifting went fine. Throttle worked ok. Granted, the battery was charged to 75% and I was anxious to get out and try it before it got too cold. My legs feel the burn of being completely out of shape but that's from me exploring how much I wanted to pedal with how much help from the battery. Over all, we are excited about our first trip around parks, etc ….

This bike was rode hard and put away wet. I would probably have given 5 stars if the screws had been properly torqued from the factory. Make sure you check before riding. My current feeling is that this bike is a solid value for the price. Check back in 6 months and I'll let you know if I still feel the same.

grandson hit pot joke yes his fault but accident and the star paid warranty through walmart can't help it's useless. Bike co says only 6 month warranty snd natural when you buy it for a Christmas present that 6 months is limited. Can't find anyone in a 75 mile radius to fix as you need special equipment to line up the spikes when you need a new rim. Locals don't touch what they don't sell. Bike co won't even help sell parts .

The bike is nice and my son is enjoying riding it. However, the installation instructions, or lack of specific details, is abysmal. I left the fenders off because the parts provided do not make any sense on how to attach them to the bike, and the instructions don't even show the same parts. I'm sure there are many decent ebikes you can buy. Avoid this one unless you are very familiar with how to assemble these and do not need to rely on the instructions.

the brake pads broken and had dust. I was no able to mount the front wheels because the wheel didn't have enough room to put on. poor instruction. the video is completely different than what I have got.

After a year with this item, I have to say I'm very disappointed. There's been an issue after issue with very little help from the seller. First there was a battery issue, which I don't think actually was a battery issue. I think it's a motor issue because I still had the same problems after they issued me a new battery. then the rear brakes started to fail and now do not work at all contacting customer service is a joke because they do not even speak English, and I do not mean that in any kind of derogatory way. This is what they sent me “This accessory is called Lailing Pian” said I could get it at any hardware store, I'm sorry but I looked it up and there is nothing that I can find that has that name. Very frustrating, I would not recommend this product

Even though I am very adept at mechanical and instructional matters, this ebike was near impossible to put together. There were no instruction on how to install certain parts and procedures. After installation was finally completed no instruction on how to actually safely ride tge ebike. I looked at tgeir video which is useless. I then went to YouTube to check private videos but didn't feel rnough was said about safe operation. So, I have no confidence at all in this product. I don't recommend this ebike due to the difficulty and lack of important information. I will now try to send it back. I deem this product is too dangerous for the average person.
