Could not use this exercise bike ,in my senior situation. I knew I was dealing with Walmart so I was not worrying. I'm a wall mart t plus member I pay a membership once a year never had any problems before to my unexpected overlooked realizing it was a third-party that refused to pay for return shipping, which would cost me probably $50 The vendor told me it was the policy that they agreed with Walmart why should've read every piece of paper word with a magnifying glass before I trusted this membership fee. My experience advice for buyers is to beware and do not buy from third-party unless you want to go for a total loss if you can't use it. Bent through would not stress about it that I'm not gonna bother fighting anymore. It's not worth it to deal with this vender. At this late stage of my life, I cannot afford this loss.
