The Item pictured is NOT the item i received. I always loved the pictured item but I am willing to try the item I received. So all is not lost

The advertisement photo is different than what i received in the mail. The product is different and does not appeal to me. The product is different than what Joico created. I didn't anticipate that the product make up would be changed. I was very disappointed.

I did not receive the item pictured, which is packaged in a tube. What I received was in a hard plastic bottle, which the same brand but not the same product. Not what I ordered.

what I ordered is not the order what I order I took a picture of it and send it it's a totally different bottle but the picture is what I wanted for my hair but instead they sent me something else that I did not ask for that I did not pay for this one I pay what's in the picture on the Walmart app so I kinded of wasting my money on a product that I did not order for and didn't asked for too
