This is exactly what I needed. Installation is easy (66 y/o female) as long as you have the right tools. It took less than 30 minutes. The instructions are good, except one small area related to the tie-off portion of the rope. The picture looks like one rope, but it’s actually a double section. A word of caution. This is still really hard to lift a heavy kayak. I thought it would be easier to get off the floor, but it takes strength to pull it up. We plan to use the second one in the garage to get things off the floor.
