Too sad, sound louder than I expected. It feels like components inside machine is not smooth or bad quality cause the noisy when it runs. We putted a paper box and bath towels under the machine to reduce the vibration. About sound, nothing we can do, just hope our down stair neighbor can't hear it. Because it's too much work for us to return it due to we are live in 4th apartment without elevator.

The only reason I'm giving this the two stars is because it stopped working after 2 uses. The first time I turned it on was to test it. Then I put a very light load in it to do a test. It heated up, and I'm pretty sure it stops and goes in reverse which was a nice feature. The dryer is beautiful, but unfortunately I had to request a refund. Walmart returns approved my refund request and didnt ask for the dryer to be sent back, The refund was in my bank in one day. I have purchased another dryer, hoping the 2nd time is the charm. The only reason I didnt reorder another one from Walmart, is I found one less expensive, but is taking 3 weeks to get here...UGH! Live and learn...

I recived the dryer with a huge dent on the top and very disappointed with the service of walmart. com telling me that is a third party that made the sale.

its a great dryer but it did come with a few dents in it.. even with all the great psckaging they did idk if it was damaged prior to my home. the back white vent piece you place on was chipped and crack in a few places.. then a few weeks ago it stopped working. then it worked again my fience told me to call the first time it happened but i thought it was gravy i woke up it started working i was like no need maybe it got hot. but i dont run it that much i tried other out lits that did work. still wouldnt turn on just shut off in middle of cycle 😒 and wont turn back on i am getting a replacement because i do like it. but if this happens again im getting refund.. its a great dryer just got a faulty one i guess

I wish I read reviews before buying this expensive dryer that stopped working shortly after purchase.. I would not recommend this to anyone.. And of course I get the run around with support
