Very good quality product and great customer service. I purchased these for my 95-year-old grandma. We had a few issues setting up and had to work with customer service. I must say it was one of my best experiences in a long time. I highly recommend Vivtone. The quality for the price and the customer service representatives are top-notch and cannot be beat.

These hearing aids are the best I've ever had other 6 aids. And their customer service didn't disappoint me. The sound is crystal clear, they are easy to put on and adjust and wear all day with no discomfort. I had some questions about adjusting the mode. I sent them a message and was answered quickly by Cindy. She was very professional and polite.

I was concerned that at their low price they just couldn't be as good as this specs indicated, but they worked as described. The battery lasts all day, and I just pop them into the charging case at night. The case itself is compact and easy to throw in my bag.

As I am new to hearing aids, I have to say that they are very easy to use. The product is nice and sized and the instructions for use are clear and concise. I look forward to such an experience.

I have bought multiple OTC hearing devices, both cheap and expensive. The hearing aids is easy to use comfortable fit . Also, this brand has the best sound I have found short of spending a fortune.

Too much feed back!! Everything sounded like it was screaming in my ear. If I wasn't hard of hearing in that ear before, I would be if I used these.

These hearing aids at the lowest setting still were painfully loud, especially my own voice. Fot me they were unsuable.

Too much screeching, not enough hearing.
