they are working very well. i have substantial hearing loss %26 I've been wearing hearing aids for at least 25 years. these are working as well as my old ones with the big in the ear mold,which wasn't staying in my ears as good as they use to %26 weren't helping as much. I was contemplating getting more aids from the ENT,but they were going to be $2800 a pair,so I decided I'd try these first. I'm so glad I did! I wanted some that were rechargeable and that has blue tooth,so these fit the bill at a fraction of the cost. These are like the ones I had years ago with the smaller ear tips,that fit inside the ear canal . the app is easy to use,%26 I can adjust the volume easily with the App. this is my 4th set of hearing aids in 25 years,%26 probably my favorite ones I have ever had.

i bought this product for my father and after using it a couple of days, he felt really comfortable and he's hearing has improved this product and does not have any kind of echo and voice qualities is really good.

They work as well as my Beltone hearing aids at only a fraction of the cost. I love not having to change the batteries ever few days and they quiet themselves whenever I encounter exceptionally loud noises. Easy to set up also.

love my hearing aids i take my hearing aids charger box everywhere I go if i needed my hearing aids charge don't have to plug it in to charge them as long as your charger box is fully charged

works really well. Still learning how to adjust settings for best hearing. Batteries last a good amount of time . Highly recommend 👌.

These hearing aids are working well. I'm pleased with them. I had a couple questions and the agent at Vivtone customer service was very helpful.

This pair of hear aids are the best OTC product I have tried. I have tried 4 other brands and none of them work as well as Vivtone. Some people might suggest that I wasted money trying all the hearing aids I purchased before I bought Vivetone hearing aids. That might be true but buying hearing aids from doctors or some specialty store, it would cost $3000 to $4000 . Again what I wear now are the best.😃

The Vivtone xPure hearing aids are a great buy. they work every bit as good as the name brand hearing aids I have used for the last seven years. at less than ten percent of the cost. These are milti-channel aids that run a minalmist hearing test and self adjust channel levels to match your hearing loss profile. Then you can manually adjust the individual channel amplification as needed to get the best match for your hearing loss. These are Bluetooth enabled aids and they work very well for both listening to audio from paired devices and working as a headset for telephone use. Unfortunately there is no way to quickly tell if Bluetooth is enabled in the aids. This is important to know as Bluetooth, when enabled, greatly reduces battery life. The only way to be sure Bluetooth is not using battery is to disable Bluetooth on any paired devices and then power cycle the aides. This is the main reason for a four star rating. The aids occasionally seem to reset themselves at random--both aids simutaneously shut-off amplification and then resume after about three seconds. Although this is annoying, it is not a deal breaker, as long as it dies not worsen. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and do recommend the Vivtone xPure hearing aids.
