After six months one hearing aid would not charge. I contacted Vivtone and they sent me a replacement. The customer service was excellent. The hearing aids are great. I like the adjustability of the hearing aids via the app. The charging case will charge the hearing aids for a couple days, so it's easy to recharge them in your pocket if needed.

I have only used this hearing aid for less than one week, but so, far was easy very easy to use, once you decipher the capitals terms. Really liked the tuning to your ear. Hope the further on line adjustment will be as easy. The noise cancellation seems to work well. Holds charge well all day, without the charging case

Xpure hearing aids work just as my prescription hearing aids that cost ten times what these did. These hearing aids have blue tooth connectivity and have an good sound quality. The noise reduction function of the hearing aid work well. The battery life was strong.

This hearing aid surprised me. Supermarket are usually noisy, with the sounds of various crowds mixing together. But Xpure hearing aid, with its excellent sound processing capability, was able to separate the various parts of the music very well. I could clearly hear various sounds. The volume level can be easily adjusted by touch operation. Its battery life worked stably.

Have used my hearing aides for about a week now, had to try different ear buds but when I found the right one they work fine. Have tried two other brands over the counter, they did not come close. I feel I got quality for a good price,thank you

Easy to operate. I can enter audiogram results on the HA Fit app. Bluetooth connectivity works with my phone, just press the volume of hearing aid once to pair it and then it connects to the app. They are comfortable to wear no matter what the weather. I'm glad I chose them.

These are ok for the price. The issue is that they turn off and on ever time I lock or unlock my phone, get a text or a phone call.
