I had put off buying a new tv for a few years looking for something better well I sure am glad l did. Finally found just what I was looking for. Everything about this TV is exceptional and hooking it up to my Directv genie system just put the cherry on top. +
This is the third Vizio TV in our home. We love all of them! The D-series 24" Class Full HD LED Smart TV was easy to set up and connected flawlessly with our wifi. The size of the unit fits perfectly with the intended kitchen setting. Everything about it is superb!
I bought this set to replace an old one that wasn't working well. It exceeded my expectations! It's the first Smart TV that I've owned and I love it. The picture quality is great. I love all the extras that I can access right from the remote. It was easy to set up and get working. Love it!
I bought this Vizio after comparing it to several other 32" TV brands. We have a smaller front room and it doesnt overpower the size of our other furniture and amenities. I picked this TV specifically because it has a 1080P screen and it's easy setup instructions. Great job, VIZIO!!!!!!!!!
I bought this for my bedroom. When I took it out of the box I thought it was extremely small. I have an older 32” Vizio which is thicker, taller, and heavier. But Once it was set up ana I got to see the picture quality it feels just like it is the same size as the old one. I love that many Cast apps are preinstalled and that the set allows for some customization. It’s a great tv ana the price point is excellent.
When I had a problem with another model VIZIO TV I called Vizio support. They were very helpful but my TV was still not functioning. The next day I received a call from customer service and a man named Ken helped me to procur this new 50” D-series VIZIO. Not only was the new VIZIO a great deal, it arrived the next day! It was very easy to set up and get started watching TV again. It has a beautiful picture and great sound. Thank you Ken and VIZIO support for making my day!
This is my 4th Vizio TV and all have had great pictures and as all flat screens do, suffers from less than quality sound because of the speakers and their placement. However a good soundbar seems to solve the problem. This is my first "smart tv" and like all my "smart" devices the designers seem to think they know more about what I want installed by default than I do. Just make the apps and options available to me and I will take what I want. Also please make it very easy for me to uninstall apps I don't want. I will keep buying Vizio products until they give me a reason to stop.
This is a very good TV with excellent picture quality and features. This is the second Vizio I have owned neither of which have ever had service issues. However, the design of the remote (including the latest model) needs a rework. The copy and symbols are next to impossible to read (even with reading glasses) which makes it very difficult to utilize the features and adjustments offered. The size of a remote is of no consequence, make it larger or offer a larger version as an accessorie As a senior citizen I'd be the first to buy it.
Great TV in that it has ethernet connection. It lacks apps and expects you to use a smartphone to cast apps. Really? Not value added for me -- I've got enough going on with my phone to deal with a tv. Also -- it's got some issues with the remote control -- have to really point at the right place for it to work. It's horrible. Also have some issues with it keeping the ethernet connection -- get the message "waiting for smartcast to start" but it never does. Have to reconnect and go through menus to disable and re-enable the connection. Also, not an option for using Wireless or Ethernet.
I bought this TV directly from Vizio as I have 4 sets in my home. This was a disappointment as I could not get this television to find my regular cable channels at all. Only Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. I put it in a relatively unused bedroom, swapped it out for the 32" Visio and "voila" this one found channels, I didn't know I had. I was going to send one to my granddaughter, but decided against it. The directions were not very helpful either.
