I purchased a smaller version of the same tv a couple years ago which still works great and I love it but decided I wanted a bigger screen so I purchased this one and love it just as much. It's great that it comes with a bigger remote and I love that you get all the free channels. The setup this time around seemed a little more complicated but worth it. I know there's newer tv's out there but this is good enough for me and the price was right
I don't like the voice adjustment on here they all kind of the music comes out really loud and you can't understand what the people are saying. I've tried messing with it, but I'm still having problems. That's the only thing that I can find wrong with this TV so far.
Picture not as sharp or as deep in colors I was hoping. I have a 65 inch in my living room and it has a great picture so I thought this TV would be as good same brand just smaller size.
Bought this as an upgrade in size to replace a 10 year old Vizio 24" tv. There is no comparison between the two full hd tv's. The newer 32" tv has a picture is only acceptable at best. Sound quality on the new 32" tv is poor. The older 24" Tv is 100 times better. Almost feels like I wasted my money!
TY SPOOLS ALL THE TIME THEN GOES BLACK AND HAVE TO TURN IT OFF THEN BACK ON TO RESET IT...SPOOLED 60 TIMES IN 1 DAY..WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER VIZIO AGAIN
I purchased this Vizio for my mother because I had good experiences with Vizio. This Vizio performs well, but there was a point during setup that stalled and the onscreen directions said to call customer service to setup an account. During the call, my mother was told she had to pay $79.99 in order to setup her account and use the TV. She reluctantly complied, but upon further investigation, this appears to be some sort of a scam. Not sure why it happened on this Vizio. I setup my new 65” and it all went well. My mother called and cancelled the transaction and the TV works fine. Just be aware that this isn't necessary and make you sure if you need support, you are calling a legit number.
This tv is a recent purchase that literally died last night while watching. It actually never worked correctly, and I should have returned it immediately, but I didn't and now it's dead for no apparent reason. From the start it did not load correctly. You had to turn it on wait to see if it would load, it would not, so you had to turn it off and on a second time and this time it would load. Do not buy this tv unless you want a tv set that is temperamental for a while and then dies. Sad but true.
Was super difficult to get it registered to me it kept taking me to a page that wouldn't let you continue, then it would connect to internet for about 5min then it would disconnect and I'd have to sign into my internet password again and it would connect then 5 min later it would drop the internet and my router sits right next to it. My phone and iPad stay connected but tv wouldn't stay connected. That's two Vizio tv's I've gotten that both won't stay connected to the internet so I'm done with Vizio
Garbage. Forces you to create an account just to use the TV. Switch between apps and the sound disappears requiring you to unplug and plug it back in. About to package it back up and return it - terribly cumbersome.
i bought this item 4 months ago sound wasn't clear. yesterday it broke they was a circle spinning in the middle .call customer service tryed to restart it back told me i would have to restart everything back i said. but would start back up circle still spinning. fill a form out with receipt. didnt work.😒
