This is a great TV! Great price! It was easy to set up and has a lot of apps! The picture is twice as good as the one I had in the bedroom, which is now in the basement. It has super color, crisp and clear. Great sound. The sleep timer is good too. You don't have to leave the screen to set it. Casting is a breeze. I would recommend if you're looking for a 32 inch TV.
Weird TV. I don't know about this TV. Sometime is turns off by itself. The entire TV just turns off. And sometimes the remote doesnt turn the TV on. This doesn't happen often..but enough to make me wonder what is going on. It's an Ok tv. I love the smart function with hulu, youtube, netflix, etc already installed. It also comes with a free movie station, but I never seen a movie I wanted to see..hence why they are free I guess. I'm glad I have this TV but probably wouldnt buy it again if I had more money to spend on better. The sound and picture are fine.
There is a delay between the remote and the TV that I haven't seen on other TVs before. Also, the numbers of the channels are so small as to be invisible from more than 5 feet away. Sometimes they are not even displayed. Could not figure out how to increase the size. Both are very annoying and made me regret the purchase.
Not too sure about the tv. My daughter returned hers and switched for same one and no problems yet. But the television just stopped working for no reason. I bought the same for my bedroom and noticed it kept freezing on me and had to keep rebooting. Let’s just say...I still have box and original receipt on hand
It's not a bad tv. I have 2 issues. First, it randomly disconnects from my wifi. No matter how many times I enter my password it will not connect. Sometimes I have to factory reset it several times. Second, the SmartCast stops working so much. Next time I will not buy Vizio.
I hate this TV!!!! When it works its alright but the majority of the time nope! Im having to completely reset the thing by holding down the power button because its frozen or the icons dont even fit the screen so only the netflix button works to navigate anywhere. It also sometimes freezes when watching anything. It says connection is lost every time i turn on the tv and only sometimes it will actually connect without going into settings first. This is in my childrens bedroom and was supposed to be easy but its not. I wish I had returned it prior to the 30 days.
It’s really slow. Clicking buttons take way to long to register. Netflix doesn’t work PERIOD and it keeps making me sign in over and over again after using Disney + and apps like that.... it looks nice though.. I guess. It has a nice concept, but nothing works on it really.
I bought this TV specifically for my kids to play Xbox on. It has a one second sound lag while playing Xbox, which makes playing video games unbearable. After repeated contact with Vizio support they refused to offer a different model and essentially told me too bad, it is a software problem. surprisingly enough this problem does not occur on any of the other TVs in my home. Word to the wise, DO NOT BUY A VIZIO
Bought it and loved the size. Within one week the pixels went out. Bought another one and same thing happened. Tried to return however we were 7 days over 30 days and walmart refused. We had it at our cabin and were not back in town until after 30 days. I was very disappointed in walmart!
Bought this TV from Walmart on 10/18/2020, worked fine for about a week or so. I got into watching several TV series, all of a sudden it would lock up! One was on tubi tv, I got this message from them: "Player Stuck Due To Low Buffer", gave me a code: Code VIZ-3-201. Here is the problem for me, they don't have email support! I am hard of hearing, don't use phone! I am still under the 30 day's, considering taking it back to the store! I have unplugged it and held the power button for 5-10 seconds, as they say on help, works fine for a while, then starts the same thing! Tired of it!
