VIZIO 43" Class FHD LED Smart TV D-Series D43fx-F4

My first smart TV. After a year of use, not a bit of trouble. I did experience one moment where the set seemed to freeze. I called the Vizio team at the number on the remote. I got to talk to a human within 10 minutes, and his advice restored the set to perfect performance. Great product, great support!

The picture quality is sharp. I have 3 other Vizio tvs. I have never had any problems with them. Very pleased with them all.

The home page often doesn't show up and I have to do a soft power cycle as suggested by the manufacturer. It's annoying but the picture and sound of the TV is great. Im using the TV in the master bedroom and can hear the TV well on a volume level of 2.

The television itself has a wonderful picture was easy to set up and program. I chose not to set up the smart abilities at this time. Other than a few flashes of the power button for about 5-10 min when first cut on we love it and I'm sure it does that to remind me about setting up the other options. Delivery driver just left it on the porch and left even though I was home with the door open and a signature was required.

Still had to buy ROKU box (sad face). Its so slooooooow. There are long delays when switching between apps or moving apps around on the TV menu. It was my first TV larger than a 27" TV...so it's amazing of course. But, this has flaws that should be corrected in the future. Strongly recommend buying a ROKU express or cheapest ROKU box, thus one does not even had the xfinity app. This TV has 4 legs, 2 on each end, which means I had to buy a new TV stand (47" wide) that's $75 - $250 (used)! Especially, if you have weak walls or a renter, where hanging TV isn't an option.

The picture quality is beautiful. It's slightly larger than my old TV and I didn't plan for that so I need to buy a universal mount so it fits better on my TV stand. The actual "smart" factor? Terrible. It doesn't pick up my wifi signal half the time when every other device in the house does. It's also SLOW. The remote is terrible, no pause or rewind functions without practically pleading with it. I ended up just connecting my firestick to it making it a much smarter TV. I don't mind it since I have a workaround but I wouldn't buy it again.

I got 2 of these and I have to say that I am not impressed. I installed them and connected them to my wifi. After the tv did their updates we have been having issues with the strobing light flashing. The remote must be pointed directly that the IR receiver to work. Please allow us to download our own apps. I have a paid service that I can not watch on these TV's. As far as I am concerned your smart TV is getting bested by a fire TV stick. The picture is great.

Terrible, freezes constantly. Remote barely works. Stopped responding after 2 months. Customer service was no help, told it would be over a month before they could replace the remote which they needed to do before they could repair or replace the tv. Doesn't respond to the terrible Vizio remote/app either so clearly the remote is not the problem. Picture looks great, whenever it works long enough for that to matter. Run away, not worth it at any price.

Not worth the trouble i bought this tv for my home office. I ended up sending back for a full refund.. TV is very slow to respond, that goes for the volume and maneuvering through the apps.. the tv ended up blacking out after 3 weeks of having it.: two thumbs down!

Received this t v. Yesterday and it keep kicking me out of hulu . When watching regular TV it shut off and comes back on I set the sleep timer last night woke up and the screen was black but I could hear the sound had to unplug to turn off it would not recognize the remote command during this whole ordeal not a good brand!
