Great price, picture and very easy set up. Comes with a lot of free/live channels that are very easy to navigate. Remote has voice control and you can download the app and use it as a remote. I just set up my parents Sony Bravia TV and this was much easier to set up and navigate the channels and remote.
As I age it came to to the point where I had to get some opera type binoculars in order to see the small letters, not the disclaimers, but the descriptions. Tired my shortcomings, I found this sponsored deals at Sam's, with things coming together it made great sense to purchase it ASAP. I HAVE ENJOYED MY VIZIO.
I had my previous wall mount go bad. I started searching for a replacement and after a week or two of investigating I found this gem at a very affordable price at Sam's Club. I ordered it on line and picked it up at a location I happened to be visiting. Hauled it home and set it up and it's working out great. I am still learning the concept of the smart TV applications and usage. I am very satisfied to this point.
We have been very happy with Vizio tvs. This is our third one. We needed a 50 inch to fit in a specific space and this accomplished the purpose. We are very happy with it the only negative I would say would be with the separate control. Two items: I wish it had numbers on it in the bottom part of the control that is empty so I could input channel numbers and second: the six buttons on top for specific channels are different or in different order than our larger TV we bought about a year and a half ago. The control is the same size shape and look as the other one and they both work on either TV but the old TV control had specific buttons for Disney and peacock which we use and the new TV control does not have either of them. I understand it is probably confusing to figure out which of many channel platforms to specifically put on the control as everyone has different tastes but we get confused by this. Otherwise we are very happy with the TV it meets all our expectations and was very reasonably priced.
We bought this before super bowl game because the last Visio was marred with light lines thru the screen. The old tv was just over a year old. It had a three year warranty which is why we bought at Sam’s. I tried to connect with you regarding the warranty but you make it so difficult to use the warranty that we just gave up!
Not a bad TV. Very good image, My VUDU movies look very good, and 4K films with Dolby Vision look fantastic... HDX films look very good. Satellite programming looks good. 4K UHD Blu-Ray discs have very good images. It took me a couple of days to get the color, tint, brightness, and contrast set to my liking but now it looks very good to me. This is not a high-end television... but for an entry-level 4K TV, it has a very good image. So far, I am happy with this television...
I returned the tv a week later. The tv had a great picture. The tv was easy to operate. I did have to use a Roku stick with it to get some of the paid apps I have. I returned the tv a week later because at the bottom of the screen a blue line would come after being on a few hours. I could cut the tv off and it would go away. (Would come back after a hour or so) I read a review that stated the tv would get hot from being on and that would happen. We leave our tv on most of the day for the dogs. If this did not happen it would of been a great tv. Returned for a lg and so far so good.
This billed as a ‘smart’ TV But, is NOT so smart because you can’t add some applications to it if they are NOT already ‘on’ the TV! For example the NFL application and a couple of more. When I contacted Vizio about it…there only recommendation was to buy a Roku or some other plug in device to access those Applications. The WHOLE reason I bought this ‘smart’ TV was so that I DIDN’T have to buy another tool to access internet Applications!!
Packaging for my TV purchase arrived warn and damaged. The wear seems to be old not just from shipment. Added tape suggest it's been opened and resealed. This was sold as new. I am not sure. The message to the supplier does not show area for picture att. I want to return this unopened
I want to return this item and there is no option to do so. I tried canceling the order when I realized the TV would not fit into the space available in my room. I also wanted to do a curbside pickup instead of home delivery because I wasn't going to be home when the TV was delivered. It sat on the front porch for 3 hours, no email notification was sent to tell me the TV was delivered. I took the TV to my local walmart and they refused to issue a refund and that not all the items sold on walmart.com are sold solely by walmart. I had to contact the seller which isn't listed on the website nor my receipt. So how am I supposed to get a refund? my order number is below: 2000109-59427830
