VIZIO 55" Class 4K UHD LED SmartCast Smart TV HDR V-Series V555-H

We ordered this TV for our parents. The picture is great but what we really liked was the sound from the TV speakers was as good as the sound bar. This eliminated the need for an extra remote and simpler for our parents. Great deal and would buy it again.

The are amazed! This will be our 4th or 5th Visio television in the past 10 years and it does not disappoint. All are still running beautifully just added to different rooms. The picture is beautiful. The depth is like you are right there! The smart apps are great and connects to current apps seamlessly! Visio for the win again!

Thoroughly pleased with the look and sound of the tv and the price was so reasonable. I see why it got great reviews. It really doesn't need a sound bar but since we already had one, we re-connected it. I tweaked the colors a little and all is good. I'm sure I won't use all the extras like casting my computer, but it's nice to know it can be done. Still need to play with the apps and find free movies. Came just in time while we were shut in with the pandemic. Now we own 4 Vizios and highly recommend them for the value and performance.

Vizio is my favorite brand. Never had any issues. Every tv in my house is a Vizio. They picture quality is great! My last 50 in went out after 8yrs!!! Would definitely recommend

The first tv we got was broken. But I called the company and they exchanged it. With the pandemic I took longer to receive the new tv. Which it took about 1 or 2 weeks to get the new tv. Great company to deal with and the new tv is great. We love our new tv.

I am happy with this TV but took off a star because the Google Home integration is not as expected. Perhaps I just need to spend some hours troubleshooting, but I followed the process as described and got confirmation that the link was established. The problem is just that the functionality is very limited. I can say "Hey Google, play X Show on Netflix on Bedroom TV," and Google says "Sure!" followed a few seconds later by "That mode is not supported." I know this is a lower tier TV in the Vizio line, so maybe that's it. But that wasn't totally clear to me before purchase. Still, I don't mind too much since it's often easier to use the remote anyway. A couple of other things to note, but not a big deal. I find that my remote is so sensitive that the TV sometimes turns on unexpectedly. Once it happened when a big truck rumbled by outside. Many of the buttons on the remote will turn it on (the home key and all of the dedicated app buttons), and just grazing any of them sends the signal. Also, changing the input from the Smart Home screen to cable or the BluRay player is a little bit fumbly. You have to press the input button on the top left and then get quickly down to the right arrow key to make the change before the menu blinks off. It can also be a bit hard to read over the stuff on the home screen. This is all minor stuff but worth noting as you shop. Overall I am pleased.

Picture is fantastic, my disappointment is in the aps. You cannot add aps you like nor remove those you dont. Very disappointing. Also have an extremely difficult time watching from my antenna. Have to go to settings, channel then watch and cant find the guide for it. Lots of free movies and shows

Good price. Easy assembly. Great sound and picture. Apps launch quickly and are easy to set up with existing account profiles. The 4-star rating is due to the remote. I wish all television remotes had glow in the dark buttons and an actual keyboard especially for typing searches.....are these truly difficult to accomplish?!?!

Arrived on time and in good condition. Setup was easy and quick. The Apps that are pre-installed pretty much take care of all your needs. The picture is very good. My last VIZIO purchase was made when LED Tv's first came out. It is about 10 years old, a little thicker than TV's are today but the picture is still outstanding and going strong even with this tv on almost all the time. I am hope full for the same result with this purchase. For the price point, VIZIO is my go to brand.

Remote malfunctioning and twice the screen is black when turning on, have to unplug to fix. Owned for less than a month. Already request warranty replacement. Older models seemed to last longer. Last Vizio before this one only made it two years. May avoid buying Vizio in the future. Do love all the options/apps though!
