VIZIO 55" Class Quantum 4K QLED HDR Smart TV, VQD55M-08

Bought for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loves it. You don’t need a soundbar. Sound is good quality. Easy to setup and the remote control is small but works well in hand. Great picture, very clear.

This is my first large screen TV. This is a 55 inch and it is superb color and sound. I love it. I currently have an existing Vizio 42 inch TV that I’ve placed in my bedroom that I’ve had for 10 years and it still looks brand new and has a great picture still, so yeah they last a long time and I love the quality of their products.

I read the bad reviews but this tv is the best value for the money out there. I buy on research, not impulse. Works perfectly and super easy to set up. Requires Vizio app but all brands do this now. Color and picture are amazing. For $99 got Vizio soundbar with equally amazing sound. Buy the 55” TV rather than 50” as the 55 has “quick fit” feature for the soundbar. It snaps right to the bottom of the tv and creates a nice neat and tidy package. One of my favorite additions to our game room. The difference I. This TV is great. The remote control is so simple, anyone can use it. The preloaded apps are fantastic. The clarity is awesome. I recommend this unit to anyone looking for this size TV. I am about to purchase a 2nd one.

Vibrant color, good sound without a sound bar and excellent value for the money. Very light weight and screen can be viewed from side angles without distortion.

I use this as a large monitor for my gaming PC. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this and had decided on the similar M55Q6 model. That model has yet to go on sale, so I got this when it dropped to 248. They are both IPS as far as I can tell (both advertised as having great viewing angles). This model (VQ) isn't quite as bright as the M55 and it doesn't do 120hz @ 1080p like the M55 does (no big deal I prefer 4k@60). M55 also has potentially less input lag for games. So, for the same price get the M55Q6-L4 no question. I don't regret getting this one on sale at $248 for a budget 55 inch monitor @60Hz though. RTings has a review of the M55Q6 model. Careful because the 50-inch version is not an IPS if that matters to you (worse viewing angles and black smearing with VA panels) and may not have the same features/characteristics/performance of the 55 as reviewed. Walmart- Please improve shipping. The box arrived wet and damaged. There was moisture inside the box collecting droplets outside of the bag that holds the remote. I don't think the TV got wet but it's not ideal... It works as expected and hopefully it doesn't have moisture damage inside that will cause it to fail prematurely.

I've only had it about a month %26 a half %26 I'm still learning how to work it. My last tv was not a smart tv. I've had a Vizio in the past %26 it was not quite as hard to figure out where I need to go to find my channels. Technology, Technology?

I will never buy another Vizio product! Walmart and Vizio have collaborated to view audio and video even if the TV is off to record all in your house! Can you imagine all of your private moments in your house! May even see it on You tube your most private moments! It was such a good deal. Should have known better than buying a 55” plazmaTV for $300. Didn’t know until after I bought it! Don’t do it. It belongs in the landfill!

Television has already stopped working. Just a black screen and no power when I turn it on. How do I set up a return or re[fund????

Tv is listed as being compatible with Apple HomeKit but once you turn it off the only way to turn it back on is with the remote as it looses connection to the internet. Called customer service and they won’t help.
