VIZIO 65" Class 4K UHD LED HDR Smart TV (V4K65M-08)

For the price point it’s pretty legit I actually got it for gaming (ps5) and it’s pretty good high frame rate in game mode easily connect Bluetooth devices and what not I figured it would work well since they are both Sony products 💯🙏🏼🫡

quit working 3rd week i had it. called company, they took info and 8 days later repair man showed up with part for the repair. repair man said it was a common issue but he hasnt had a call back after initial repair. yes, i would buy again, but please get the insurance through Wal-Mart.

I’ve always purchased Vizio tvs but this is the largest I’ve purchased at a very affordable price I’ve had my Vizios for 10 years I finally passed them down to younger family members to purchase smart tvs that have the same great picture as the day I bought them

I was a loyal Vizio television customer until this purchase. Sound and picture sucks. Loading the apps is a constant problem. Called customer service several times and Niko @ 605.540.2044 is extremely rude. They came and the repair was not successful. They refuse to replace this defective product. I’m done with Vizio!!!!

Broke after 3 months. Called customer svc, said a service tech would contact me.3 weeks later a service tech [parts changer] came out could not speak English and replaced some board on TV. He left; TV would turn on but would not pair with remote on download my Wi-F. I called back Was told they would not send anyone else out. but would refund money .

Terrible terrible terrible. Within a year of owning it, the onboard speakers gave out (less than 1 month after getting it) the picture is beginning to flicker on the top half of the unit and the onboard OS is horrendously slow and buggy. Customer service from Vizio is non existent, no replies to warranty inquiries. Avoid this TV, and probably all from Vizio.

Every few days, the tv indicates “no signal”. I unplugged and plug back in the HDMI cable and it’s fine. Tried every port. Worked with Vizio and went through hours of troubleshooting, resetting, which requires setting up a new account which takes about 20 minutes several times. Ready to return it.

We purchased this TV in January this year, and 8 months later, it will not turn on. call Vizio and they will not do a refund only send a repair guy so I'm out of a TV and to have paid for a new TV that needs to be repaired after 8 months is not good. I will never buy another Vizio because their customer service does not offer a solution for refund. I now have to wait. I don't know how many days for a repair guy, and I'm not satisfied at all. Anything brand new that dies completely within the first year, you should be able to get a full refund. If you buy one of these TVs, then make sure you get a two - or three year warranty on it but I recommend do not buy this TV.

Bought for the built-in Chromecast, the casting doesn't work most of the time, however I can cast using an external Chromecast to the same TV. When the cast does work it loses volume eventually, then you have to recast. Apps like Netflix and Prime do not load all the time. The remote is awkward to use, the volume controls do not react well. Garbage product in my opinion. Connecting to a receiver/surround sound doesn't give true surround sound to all speakers, if I stream something from any other device the sound is as expected. Don't waste your money on this product. The product was in stock when I purchased and the delivery was a day late.

We have had a constant battle with the quality of the sound .. so much bass that you loose the clarity of language.. and this is with the bass controll all the way down, and an endless shutting down/rebooting in the middle of watching it... you then have to re 'set up'... EVERYTHING! Lest you may think its our internet.. I can assure you.. there is no other electronic item in the house that do this. We have trouble shooter this horrible tv for a month!!! I hate this TV and i am dying to return it! Im so done!
