VIZIO 65" Class 4K UHD Quantum LED SmartCast Smart TV HDR M-Series M657-G0

I bought this a month ago and so happy I did! We love all the great features! Very happy with the picture and sound quality! We are enjoying the WatchFree option Vizio provides. Set up was easy. This Smart TV is user-friendly! Definitely recommend!

Great Television wonderful pic'' and sound.

Fantastic picture quality

This television far exceeded my expectations! Picture quality is crisp and navigation is relatively easy. We have an LG Oled 65 inch as our main television and bought this for our basement living area. Although this Visio does not quite have the picture quality of the LG, it only cost 1/4th as much! I am a woman and set this up myself attaching Dish, Netflix, Amazon Prime, sound bar, and a DVR with ease. This television is easier to navigate than our LG; the input section is phenomenal. Sound quality is good even without the sound bar. Smartcast and watchfree are great additions! The remote is simple to operate. The price was exceptional and delivery was great! I would highly recommend this TV to anyone!

I bought this TV after I had to replace my original Vizio due to a defect. Vizio's customer service handled my case with ease and professionalism. I was impressed how they helped me replace my original TV within a week. I'm definitely happy with my new Vizio TV.

I am happy with my new television- the picture is crisp and clean. I wasn't thrilled with the sound, so I purchased a Vizio soundbar, which helped tremendously. Lastly, the available apps don't include everything that I use on my Roku, so I find myself still plugging that in. It just got Disney+ but it doesn't have HBO GO. I will be happier when the apps are upgraded.

Love the vivid colors in this tv, easy set-up. The one hang up is with regularity it will kick you out of the program you're watching and go back to the home screen. You would think this was an internet issue but this has been checked. Dispite this, still a good product especially for the price.

Tried this TV with high expectations given the reviews and good experience with a 5 year old Vizio M-Series TV. Unfortunately, this TV really wasn't much better than the 5 year old Vizio, and was nowhere near the image quality of Sony or Samsung quantum dot sets. Returned it.

After several weeks of owning, I will be returning this TV. The picture and features are great but the software is clunky and unintuitive. The button layout on the remote is odd too. One of the most used buttons for Hulu is at the very bottom right hand side of the remote making it about impossible to use 1 handed.

Had problems with faint light-shaded vertical bars that would appear on some of the darker backgrounds.(was also starting to notice them on the brighter color screens as well.) Then I was cleaning smudges from the screen(I know tv screens are delicate and wasn't applying that much pressure)one day and I heard something snap. After that I had vertical and horizontal lines going across the screen. Even though I believe that along with light bars, there was something else wrong from the start that caused the damage with so little pressure, Vizio said the damage was not covered under warranty. I will never buy another Vizio product again.
