I would highly recommend this TV to anyone who wants state of the art tech that's extremely user friendly.
Everything is great.
Works as advertised. A little complication with cable remote and tv remote, but otherwise it was easy to set up and get working.
We are VERY happy with the new Vizio Smart TV. It is much easier to use, and we ordered an additional remote so we can both mess with it!
This is my third Vizio (I've had Sony too) and am very pleased with it so far. Can't beat the bang for your buck with Vizio. I've had this TV for a couple weeks now and I'm hoping this lasts 12 years like my other Vizio that is still kicking!
Vizio has provided years of dependable product for us personally. It prompted making this purchase and hope the string of quality continues. I will update if necessary. The TV provides current technology that may be scrutinized with side by side comparison of units 3x the cost. Howver once in your house, I believe the picture is top notch for most viewers.
I love this TV so much I bought two of them! I know it doesn’t sound like much but I love that I can tell Alexa to turn the TV off or on or adjust the volume or mute it even when I don’t have the TV remote near me. It also has a great picture and I got it for a great price!
The picture quality is great, HDR and SDR content both look bright where it's supposed to be bright and the blacks are far better than I had expected for such a great price. Looking forward to the SmartCastTV update to have onscreen app control, but otherwise no complaints so far.
The M Series has superior picture to the D Series. Also sound quality is much better. I do not like the Smartcast feature. I would prefer to have Smart TV functions I can access from my remote. I have to buy a Amazon stick so I can watch Amazon Prime video.
3 days shy of the 90 day return period the sound stopped working. Google told me to unplug it and plug it back in. It worked but, when I turned it on the next day, no sound. Unplugged and plugged back in, the sound worked. Im not doing that every time. The return process was unpleasant and the service desk looked for every reason not to take it back. Not worth risking
