great TV for the price! i am really happy with it, was super easy to install the feet it sits on, great picture, sounds great as good as a tv can sound without surround sound of course, i’d highly recommend this tv to someone not obsessed with having only name brand tv’s like samsung or LG :)

Exceeded expectations! Amazing color! Set up fast and easy. Only thing is if you have Xfinity cable you need a Roku Streamjng stick. Xfinity told me that they are only compatible with Roku, LG and Samsung TVs.

Picture is beautiful, and all the extras are great, free apps etc. But setting up an account to avail all the apps was a real headache. We don't have a smart phone and going through tech help on our landline, and through our computer, was difficult to get our verizon tv setup took about 3 hours, but that is a problem we have. Other than that wrestling a 40 lb large tv from oone room to anotherwas hard for two baby boombers. Younger people will have an easier time. The delivery man from our store was kind enough to place the HUGE box inside our home, THANKS delivery man.

This is a really good TV. We had a Samsung previously that just stopped working and it was less than 3 years old. Could not troubleshoot at all even with Samsung tech support. We opted to go with a Vizio because the reviews were good, the free shows/movies were plentiful, we really liked the price and the Vizio soundbar attaches to the bottom of the TV whether sitting or hanging. My only complaint is that even with the soundbar, the sound is not nearly as good as our Samsung. We have this TV in our bedroom so not a very large space to start with. Have to take the sound all the way up to the high 30's - low 40's before you can really hear it versus in the high teen's on the Samsung.

Be sure to download the app for this tv. The icon "remote" is better than the physical remote, you can mute commercials, adjust volume, add closed captioning etc. It also has settings, which I used to adjust the picture for clarity and sharpness. Bluetooth is only for headphones, I couldn't connect our bluetooth speakers. But I can use my bluetooth earbuds or android phone to listen if need be. Casting to the tv from other devices is supported and very handy. Easy easy set up. I connected all the cords to the back of the tv before setting it on the stand. The electric plug in is on the right hand side under the raised back in the middle (hard to find) glad I did all this before setting it on the stand. Very happy with this TV even though it is larger than our 55" (ten years old) it still fit on the tv table we use.

Excellent picture, especially with a AT%26T fiber connection and streaming DirecTV. Note the resolution... 3840x2860 @ 60Hz, it's very rich at 1080i @60Hz. There are so many ways to set this up for viewing, I'm going to have to simply put in one of my favorite movies and dial it in. Then there's the free channels you get with the VIZIO and a plethora of apps, this is fabulous. It also has a VIZIO remote app so you can use your phone which will be great because I just purchased the matching VIZIO 5.1.2 sound bar (being installed) that interfaces with that as well. So I expect great surround sound, as said from it's Amazon reviews. Let's not forget the voice command, it works great. The TV has direct matching mounts for any newer VIZIO sound bar, as seen in the pic how snug it fits. I've already shown my neighbor and he said it's my place for football this year. He eyed it pretty heavily and I could hear the wheels turning that he was trying to figure out how to bring this up to the wife. I told him the price and I believe I heard a gear shift in his head. Please bear with my pictures, I am still setting this up as you can tell, pulling wire through the TV frame and such.

We love the tv. Needed a new one, and the qled m-series was an upgrade from the previous v-series that we’ve had for 6 years, and the picture is beautiful, it’s way more responsive than the older “v” tv that we previously had, and just absolutely love it. The voice remote is a nice addition. Not needed, but nice to have if wanna use.

Great tv, easy set up, great picture, my only complaint is the remote, the volume and mute buttons are on the side which is the dumbest thing Vizio ever did, you constantly are accidentally hitting the mute button while using the main center of the remote. Please put it back on the front of the remote.

Ordered this TV, went to install and the screen was broken, I created a return order that stated bring in the tv even with out the box and they will pack it for you and provide a refund. Brought the tv to my local Walmart in Florence, KY. And they would not take it because that box was not there. I am a veteran and bad back, I left the tv at the store as I could not take it back home. Still did not get the refund. Will never buy a tv from Walmart again. This was the worst I have ever been treated by a company.

System programming is ridiculously pitiful. Practically no instructions are available. I downloaded the manual online and it too is ridiculous. The remote control has no decent features, such as recall. But it has several online buttons. Ewww, so stupid. There are practically no instructions on paper with the TV, or online. There is no way available to build your favorite channels. You have to scroll through each channel listing to get to your favorites, which is absurd. On many occasions in one hour the TV would not respond to the remote control. I had to cut the TV off, let it sit for ten seconds, then cut it back on, only to have this issue happen again a few minutes later. I will have to call Vizio technical support and hope they have a firmware/software update that will address all of the failures of this unit.
