VIZIO 65" Class Quantum 4K QLED HDR Smart TV (VQD65R-10)

great TV for the price! i am really happy with it, was super easy to install the feet it sits on, great picture, sounds great as good as a tv can sound without surround sound of course, i’d highly recommend this tv to someone not obsessed with having only name brand tv’s like samsung or LG :)

Be sure to download the app for this tv. The icon "remote" is better than the physical remote, you can mute commercials, adjust volume, add closed captioning etc. It also has settings, which I used to adjust the picture for clarity and sharpness. Bluetooth is only for headphones, I couldn't connect our bluetooth speakers. But I can use my bluetooth earbuds or android phone to listen if need be. Casting to the tv from other devices is supported and very handy. Easy easy set up. I connected all the cords to the back of the tv before setting it on the stand. The electric plug in is on the right hand side under the raised back in the middle (hard to find) glad I did all this before setting it on the stand. Very happy with this TV even though it is larger than our 55" (ten years old) it still fit on the tv table we use.

Great Picture, sound, color etc . we also added the installation service and Raul was very down to earth. He took time to explain things, answered all our questions. He did an awesome job on putting new TV mount and TV on wall. He cleaned up all the mess as well. Pleasure doing business with and look forward to doing business again in the future.

I have had nothing but trouble with this television since it arrived. We have tried to work through them: the picture going black, lines in the picture, static, now sound, and now the tv won’t turn on. I’m am searching for my protection plan email so we can get it serviced or replaced. The sad part is I own two other Vizio’s that were purchased years ago and have had no problems with them.

Ordered this TV, went to install and the screen was broken, I created a return order that stated bring in the tv even with out the box and they will pack it for you and provide a refund. Brought the tv to my local Walmart in Florence, KY. And they would not take it because that box was not there. I am a veteran and bad back, I left the tv at the store as I could not take it back home. Still did not get the refund. Will never buy a tv from Walmart again. This was the worst I have ever been treated by a company.

Within 4 months it totally died. No power, nothing. It’s taken weeks for Vizio to finally take action to process a return. This makes our 3rd Vizio to have some sort of problem with from sound boards, picture issues and now this one sounds like a power board.

Tv lags constantly, especially during sports. Updated the TV several times and still lags. Can only watch tv shows but if its a lot of action, it lags as well. Terrible TV. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Let me start by staying this tv has a pretty great picture, but the interface is not good at all. When you first buy the tv it will ask you to setup it up like normal, but when you get to the final screen it prompts you to accept the terms and conditions of the television. If you accept you basically allowing the tv to show you constant ads any time the tv goes into rest mode which is quite often it will show nothing but random ads! But I know what you are saying don’t accept the terms and conditions and buy a separate streaming device for the tv. Well I did I reset the tv to factory and did not accept them but if you don’t accept the terms and conditions the tv will freeze on start up and not let you access anything on it. The screen will show “please connect a device” you will either have to switch the input or unplug the tv completely for the tv to come back. This is a horrible tv please don’t buy unless you want to be frustrated just get a tv with google interface because this tv is not good at all! You will be disappointed!

Since having the tv, it keeps restarting itself, screen just going black before popping back on. Completely resetting. Not switching inputs. The buttons sometimes don’t work at all. It also will start freezing if you’re using it for more than 2 hours (like watching a movie). If you try switching it between console and the main smart tv input it’ll freeze between both and you have to reset the entire thing. The picture quality is great but everything else is mid.

Do not purchase!!!!! I bought my tv brand new with no warranty and a couple of months later the tv randomly turns off and on . My screen turned dark but the volume stays on. This is an indicator that my tv is going out..I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed right now
