VIZIO 65" Class V-Series 4K UHD LED Smart TV V655-J09

This is not a TV, it is an experience. I have another major brand that is two years old and the difference in the picture quality and features from it to this TV is no less than amazing. We don't have reliable internet in our rural area so I can't use the smart cast or other features. I connect it to DIRECTV and the features are fantastic. The colors and detail are unbelievable. It is not easy to connect and program but once it is up and going it is worth the effort. The sound could be better, I have it connected to a sound bar so that is not a problem. I use closed captioning most of the time and due to the size of the viewing area the captioning is not so distracting to other viewers. I would also like to see several more USB and HDML outlets but that is not a game changer.

The Vizio 65” television was a great purchase. We have had multiple Vizio sets over the years and they seem to never disappoint us! The screen looks amazing and the colors are perfect! My son loves the graphics too, he's a gamer so graphic quality is a must! The Vizio sound bar connection was easy and clean! Also, having one remote control to do everything was nice! It controls the Apple TV, the sound bar and you can also navigate through the PS5 console! What a great buy!

I was so happy when this arrived unbroken. I have had that issue in the past with big screen tvs. It did however not have a power cord. I was able to use our cord from TV that we had. The colors are Amazing! The sound quality is AwEsOmE! When the kids play their games its as of you are IN the game. Perfect for family room. What a gift this would be for a wedding, housewarming, or just an upgrade. You will not be disappointed.

TV is very sturdy. It has some weight to it, but rather easy to mount. Graphics are above what I expected for its prize. The VIZIO user interface looks a lot better than most other TVs and is put together quite well. The TV is very responsive to remote commands and inputs. I don't find myself using the microphone commands on the remote, but it capable. Definitely a great deal and worth the purchase.

At my age I have gone through a number of TV sets. One thing I will say is that going to shop and compare does not come close to seeing one in an actual business or home use. Everywhere I went I felt that Vizio had the far best picture clarity and sound. So when it came time, that's what I got. And I am so pleased! I took the attached pics with my phone. In reality, it's even more amazing. Setup was simple to follow on the screen. I'm in to some of the apps and streaming, but probably not as much as many people do, so can only say I'm very pleased with what I want it for.

My 43" TV recently bit the dust, so i started seeking another one of the same size (cabinet is that size). I had always read positive reviews about Vizio TVs, and Walmart had a great price available. so I took a chance. Glad I did! I'm 71 and somewhat disabled, but I was fully able to bring the box into the house and set it up by myself. I hate the weird legs most new TVs have, so I had already purchased a weighted stand for this TV. I was able to attach that as well and move it onto my cabinet with ease. Other than the icky stick legs that came with this TV, my only other complaint is that the sound quality is fairly poor. I got a sound bar from Amazon and also hooked that up by myself. Made all the difference!

I have had this for almost 1 year and the screen is now flickering on the bottom half. Until this, I havent had any major issues, just small inconveniences such as having ro reconnect to internet and a reset once. I have contacted Vizio regarding screen issue and waiting on a response as its still a few days before warranty expires. I would ezpect a tv to last a lot longer than a year before issues develop.

We chose Visio because our old one was so good. But this one had too many flaws. Background screen was gray, not black. Off TV reflected lights in the room. Contrast not crisp. Picture was good when viewed from the right side but was washed out if you viewed from the left side. At best the return of this item to Walmart was professionally handled without a hassle.

Tv is great!! However the delivery was not. I have a smaller vehicle and did not want to risk not being able to transport it and have the same issue if I chose to have it delivered as not everyone with their vehicle and personal body strength can deliver a 50 inch tv. Shipping trucks such as fed ex, ups, etc have experience delivering items such as these which is why I chose shipping at checkout and selected to sign for it as it is a pricey item and I wanted extra security. As a customer I expect to have my wishes for available offerings of delivery honored or at the very least informed if there is a change. Last minute Walmart not only changed my order to delivery by a local driver, they did NOT notify me and sent it with the driver coming from a store that is not even my registered store on my account where the tv was in stock. They sent the 50 inch tv with the sweetest elderly woman around the age of I'd say 60 in the backseat of her 4 door sedan to deliver BY HERSELF to my home. We struggled for 30 minutes to safely get this out of her car without damaging her car ( which did endure minor scratches and scuffs ), the tv and let alone hurting ourselves especially her! I was and still am appalled especially at the thought of thinking what if I couldn't make it home and had to have a neighbor put my tv in the garage from my porch? Walmart gave me a $30 credit on the purchase after I said the $15 offer wasn't enough, sent an appreciation for hard work letter to the driver and at that point acted like there was really nothing else to say but agreeing with me it was wrong and shouldn't have happened. This woman could hardly breathe at the end of this, was so worried she would get in trouble with Walmart ( to which I told her if they dare say anything to you, you tell them I told you to have them call the customer and I will handle it) I genuinely was worried for her health in that moment if nothing else her stress/anxiety levels from the ordeal. The worker should have seen her car and physical appearance being obvious delivering a tv of that size solo was NOT a good idea. Walmart should have policies in place so people who do deliveries can be taken care of ensuring our elderly can earn a living and have something to do while not being put into positions that may be beyond their capabilities. This woman could have refused the order for delivery, however the conversation with her led me to believe she didn't feel she had a choice. This is the 4th issue in six months I've had ordering with Walmart online. Especially as a Walmart member for several months, I can confidently say I am disappointed and hope to see this experience help Walmart become a better store for the future. Looking forward to more than just the store's physical appearance changing. Can't even buy a $3 eyebrow pencil without going on a scavenger hunt for 30 minutes and 5 employees later trying to find someone with a key to unlock it.

Ordered a 75 inch television as soon as the driver dropped it off took it straight in the house took pictures of the box because it was damaged really bad and then took the TV out and the whole screen has been cracked and lines all down the screen. looks like it was throw out the back of the truck. I see why shipping Was so fast now.
