VIZIO 70" Class 4K UHDTV (2160p) HDR Smart LED-LCD TV (E70-F3)

I have a chromecast and fire tv stick. SmartCast blows both of them out of the water in terms of performance and usability. Everything is literally instantaneous. The apps on the TV recognize you're on a 4K TV and offer special categories for 4k content as well, which definitely helps with the sparse 4k available right now. The XLED picture quality is amazing when watching 4K content, but 1080p content doesn't get much boost from it.

We bought this TV to downsize to match our new living room, and we're worried that the 70” would not be as vivid and impressive like the Vizio 75”. The worry was for nothing. This TV is just as great as the 75”, and a perfect fit, using the articulating mount we purchased at the same time. The TV looks like it's floating on the wall. We also purchased the Vizio bluetooth sound bar and sub woofer, which is also mounted on the wall. It looks GREAT!

As soon as it arrived and I got our 70" Vizio out-of-the-box I was impressed by how lightweight it was. We had it installed and operational in minutes. The Vizio smart cast TV is now the favorite TV in our house, with its beautiful picture and sound we have connected to the Vizio sound bar. It's changed the way to watch TV. Movie night just got 100 times better!! I'm going to install every TV room in our house with a Vizio smart castTV.

Very good picture good sound but maybe u will need sound bar. There is no apps store u have to download all apps in your phone and cast it to the tv

It was well packaged. very easy to setup. Picture quality is great. Smartcast had some problem to setup. However, after checking website, reset router and TV, It finally recognized cell phone. It is great for the price paid. It should include youtube on the select manu.

I'm glad I purchased this tv but there are a couple of things I feel they cut corners on. First, the speakers are small and on the back of the tv. You won't be happy without an added soundbar. My 55" had a nice base to stand on. This one has little legs on the outside edges. Limits the size table it can sit on. The picture is good and the price was good.

great picture. BUT I'm not happy that you can only connect your digital device to the TV unless you use Apple. I have Andriod on all my devices and don't like that I cannot connect my PC to the TV because I'm not using i software. Same thing with other devices.

A blessing and yet a curse are the multiple settings to gain the best picture possible. I've looked online for tips in adjusting the picture quality, which has helped, but I am still not satisfied. The definition of my five year old Vizio (1080) was much better, although it had fewer settings. That one suffered from the common speckled/spotted picture that I guess is a common defect. I've been a loyal Vizio supporter, but I will have to try a different brand next time.

The peak brightness is less than that of the old plasma it is replacing. Also there is pretty significant dimming is all of the corners. That said, there is significant less glare on the TV, even though we have some large bright windows (was a big problem with the plasma). So for now the trade off is worth it.

I bought this TV over a month ago and paid for it and as of today it is still not working and on 1/3/19 the Vizio people are to come out to our home to replace the TV with a new one that works - Very disappointed in Sam's and Vizio!
