Absolutely Amazing Sound quality with crisp clear sound vibration, bass, etc. I am extremely picky when it comes to sound. I own very pricy Klipsch home theater system but this unit beats it. You truly feel a movie theatre sound experience. Vizio has been creating some amazing sound bars within the past few years , this unit goes head to head to other brand names like Sons and outperforms them . Thank you Vizio for creating this amazing sound bar and Same club for carrying it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I've skipped a few AV technology leaps over the last decade, still using a 2.1 sound bar to enhance my TV audio. I decided it was time for an upgrade, and $500.00 was right at that sweet spot. The installation took minutes, I fired up it up, and was absolutely blown away. I did not expect my family room to fill with so much sound, and the sub has no right to hit as hard as it does. If you are reading this review, do not hesitate! While I am not an audiophile per se, I've been a technology and AV enthusiast since the early 80's and can honestly say that I have absolutely zero buyers remorse. Can you do better than this sound bar? Of course you can. If all you want is immersive sound, easy installation, and something you don't think about after a few days, this is for you.

It's %231 in the TV surround sound arena !!!! It's just darn awesome and simple to fire 🔥 it up and pair everything and start enjoying that beautiful QLED screen, it was sweet on the eyes and surround system just rocks ! The Misses and I have been long time customers but better yet fans of your product. Thanks Vizio for producing such high quality products at very affordable prices !!

A true Dolby soundbar worth the money. Great quality for a cheaper price compared to comparable soundbars such as Bose. I love the cool party trick when something plays in Dolby but also lets you know that it's actually playing in Dolby. The only thing I would say negative about this soundbar would be the subwoofer that comes with it as it's very average but still great for the amount of money spent.

Never thought a TV with a soundbar in my living room with a 20' high ceiling could ever sound like this! Just buy it!

Sound quality I'll give 4 stars, I'm not impressed with the sub but overall not bad. Volume I'll give 3 stars, wish it got louder for listening to music throughout house. Set up was pain, I spent almost an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get sub to pair with soundbar. If your just looking for improved audio from the TV speakers I'd recommend just a soundbar, keep it simple. If your truly seeking quality audio with volume go with a high end system.

The sound quality is good. It was not complicated to set up. There was no paper manual, but the quick-start guide and product labels were adequate to get it running before I downloaded the manual from VIZIO. The surround speakers receive power and signal from the subwoofer enclosure by wires. They are fairly long, which was nice. The volume was adequate for a small room, although I had been hoping for a bit more volume headroom. The remote has an alphanumeric LCD that is very useful for operating the unit--otherwise you need to interpret the stack of LEDs on the bar. The only problem I ran into during the first hour of operation was the surround satelites both stopped working. Tech support from VIZIO was very helpful, but they declared the unit Dead-On-Arrival. I am receiving a refund and returning the unit to VIZIO. If the satellites would not have died the first day, I think it would have been a very nice sound bar to have.

Speaker has too many issues to justify the price. Returned after bluetooth connection continues to drop and cause an annoying screeching noise, caused lagging in dialogue, audio drops when the upward speakers go in and out. Will probably pick up a Samsung or bose without the gimmick

was shipped a much cheaper lg bar. spent a ridiculous amount of time to return it. had to argue over refund time. didnt know walmart used 3rd party shippers. after 3 phone calls,several chats finally got a supervisor which i basically had to demand to talk to. that helped. The customer shouldn't have to wait up 2 weeks to get a refund because of your mistake. i dont care what your policy is it should change. you choose to use a 3rd party, and you wait on your money back. i should of got mine the day i returned an item i didnt even order.

Avoid this sound bar. It's been nothing but problems for months. I have a handful of issues and I'll go biggest to smallest. The biggest issue is that when I am using anything that is connected to the tv, it plays at a very high volume and I have no control. You can have the volume on the highest setting, or the lowest, it makes no difference. So anytime I use our ps4 or maybe the Nintendo switch I have no volume control. I have called somewhere around 8 times I don't know at this point. Go through the same exact trouble shooting steps that never work. For starters when we got it, brand new, it was already not “up to date” and they had to send a usb to connect and update it. It's brand new! How does it need an update that you have to send me a usb already? Unplugging and plugging it back in works. But my biggest thing is that it is the only solution, and I don't want to get behind the tv stand every time I turn it on to play a game. Next problem is I can't play music at the same time that I am playing a game. It keeps automatically switching to the game. But if I'm on Bluetooth, keep it on Bluetooth. Even a $100 sound bar that I previously had would stay on the music so long as it was playing. I don't want to turn off auto switch because it's nice when I go from different sources. But I just don't get why even when I'm not changing sources around it just changes. Next problem, is petty I know, but it takes so long to switch sources. Sometimes I sit here for like 20-30 second just listening to the sound bar making funny noises until finally sound comes out. Why does it take so long to switch sources? Newest problem. Suddenly won't work at all. No sound from anything. I've unplugged and plugged it back in. But nothing. Vizio support is a total joke, you run in circles and then they constantly say “I'll have a higher up call you to fix the problem.” Then they always, always call when I'm not home. Then they say “oh sorry call us when you're near the sound bar.” And then the cycle repeats of calling back, then the same 4 troubleshooting steps and nothing. Then saying someone else will call. Nothings gotten done. I'm 2-3 months in and i get i can return. If they will just replace this one because maybe I got a defective one. Vizio or Walmart can still make this right. But until then, I say this sound bar is a world of problems.
