VIZIO TV Remote (Universal) - XRT140

I bought about 5+ different ones and couldn't get them to work on the TV. My son told me try Vizio. I did and am thankful. Even though the TV is 12 years old I didn't want to get rid of it because it still works perfectly. Thank you Vizio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The replaced remote is way better than the original remote that came with my TV. The back will not come off as easily if you drop it. I like having the quick access buttons for Netflix and Prime Video. It makes it easy to just click a button then to search for the those apps once set up.

I have an old Vizio TV that we needed to use. Overtime, we lost the remote. We couldn't use their (free) app because our TV is so old it doesn't have Wi-Fi. A quick call to Vizio CS, the agent quickly diagnosed my needs and I had a replacement remote within a week. Great product and amazing service - and why all my entertainment products are Vizio!

We have 3 visio t.v.s.upstairs. My new standard poodle ate 2 of the remotes. The replacement remotes were reasonably priced and work perfectly. I am thankful.

Like that it has number buttons but could be wider and more substantial. Liked the old controller we had with a 12 years older vizio TV. It's too worn out to keep using if it would work on new tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought a remote before when my original one fell apart when my cat knocked it off on to the floor so I bought a replacement remote and it never worked right! I would have to push the button numerous times before the tv reacted to a command so I bought another remote and it does the same thing! The app on my phone works better than an actual remote from vizio!!
