I have been purchasing the VIZIO brand for many years and since discovering it about 10 years ago I have not purchase another brand. Superb quality, the ease of use and the picture and features surprise me with improvement every time. It does not disappoint! This was purchased for my son and after his military return to the states as a house warming present and he could not be more pleased!
I had been waiting for a great deal on a name brand 65' tv that did not break the bank. I did not need the tv but the specs said go for it. This Vizio is 65', 4k smart, 120mhz refresh, built in smart-cast, loads of Apps, good picture quality, all with a 3 year warranty. I bought this on sale for $449.00 No extended warranty needed and no shipping cost, because I picked it up myself with my brother's truck. So far it has been a great purchase and worth the money.
GO BIG OR GO HOME,, this was the biggest TV I could use in the space i had,,, BUT I have been a VIZIO consumer for YEARS, 5 and all are in use,,, Great Picture, Great sound though the speakers but i do use a VIZIO Sound bar. 3 HDMI ports,,, one for Roku, one for cable and one for the DVD player.. LIFE IS GOOD
i bought this tv for my game room. i have been pleased with the quality so far. It seems to do well with FPS games on my PS4 as well as streaming video apps. I would recommend and have already purchased 2 more, 1 for my guest bedroom and on for my daughters bedroom.
Did the online purchase and a well-mannered associate put it in the SUV for me. Too bad he couldn't help me carry it into my home. Easy set up and great picture!! First time going to the internet free programs, it was on the Bond channel, my favorite. Perfect size for keeping room connected to kitchen and breakfast area.
The picture is clear except on the non-digital channels. Also, the time cannot be set correctly from the Smartcast input. The best that you can do is enter the time zone, but the minutes will always be wrong and the date starts on 12/31/1999 when you first plug it in. There is no place to change the date either. The only other issue is trying to get a wi-fi signal to the TV. Even using wi-fi extenders, my signal strength is very low, which means the apps on the Smartcast menu either load too slow or not at all.
This smart TV is really nice and easy to navigate. Great picture for the size, great sound quality, easy installation and mounting. The only reason not five stars is there seems to be a problem with spectrum and ATT cable remotes not fully controlling the features of the TV primarily sound.
Great larger smart tv for under $500. Pic is clear and crisp, can access the apps I need to watch shows online, plus reg cable tv. Only prob is that there is a delay between me pressing the volume up or down to when the tv responds. Guess i need to figure a fix. Still very happy with my purchase.
Was very disappointed to find that this "smart" television does not have a web-browser amony the hundred of gadgets and doo-dads. In fact, it is pretty much one big advertising/retailing device: hundreds of "free" channels which, to watch more than 5 minutes, you must endure 5 minutes of commercials. The picture and audio are standard Vizio: good quality and a good value.
Purchased this TV and within 2 weeks the screen no longer worked. Customer service was not bad for Vizio but now I have to wait an additional 2 weeks to receive the, what I am expecting new, TV. Should have just spent the extra money on a better brand.
