I was so thrilled to be able to find an exact match to my previous remote for my Vizio TV i was so thrilled to be able to find an exact match to my previous remote for my Vizio TV use of and setup of it was quick and easy.

I recently purchased this product because my other remote got wet and needed another one. Ordered first time by seller who did a Great job with my order and shipping.

I give the product all the stars.But the service as far as it being delivered was promised in three days and it took two weeks to get it.So that was a little disappointing, but the product was a good product.It works for my t v so that made me happy

for the price I cannot complain. idk if my remote is defective as it skip over when searching. I am able to get it to work. no instructions so idk what all it can do. would be nice to have link to a manual.

The remote didn't work for my tv so I requested to return it. The seller offered me 30% refund with no return. I should be able to return it for a full refund if it doesn't work. I still have not received the 30% refund.

This remote is far from having an original. The infrared on this item is terrible. You have to literally wave it around till you find it to work. You can't sit too far from the TV clumsily made garbage.

Its too late for me to return but I just opened the remote I ordered and even though it still technically works on my tv it's not the same one that I ordered

SCAM , knock off sent, not vizio brand, all the pictures are different in thw description and what came looks even different than those...we will be returning! also took weeks longer to deliver than advertised.
