Fair price, fast shipping

The only issue was they sent the wrong model but I decided to keep it. It seems like less of a headache. The model they sent still worked what I needed it for.

First of all, I only ordered 1 of these remotes but I was sent 2 of them and billed for 2 of them. Secondly, it took a long time to get them. Thirdly, I was charged too much for shipping! Fourthly, the buttons are awful %26 so hard to push %26 it takes forever to change stations. The remote will not let you just put the channel in %26 it goes there automatically like the other remotes I have. Also, it does not have any type of guide to let you know what is showing on each channel. So, very disappointing. Makes me want to never order any other electronics from Wal-mart ever again.
