IF YOU ORDER HEAVIER ITEMS AND ITS NOT RETURNABLE TO STORE ONLY SELLAR YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A HARD TIME RETURNING IT, ALL STORE LIKE WALMART , AMAZON ETC CHANGED THERE RETURNS YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING MAYBE GET MONEY BACK. OUR HAD A LIFT LEAVER IN FROM MADE OUT OF PLASTIC IT GOT BROKE IN SHIPMENT , ASK FOR PART AND THEY WANTED ME TO DO ALL KINDS OF STUFF TO TRY TO GET IT, WALMART REP WAS OF NO HELP AND SELLAR ALSO.
This item claims to hold up to 500lb capacity, i am nowhere near 500lbs, but as soon as i stepped on it for the first time the belt stopped moving. I thought maybe i was the problem, so i asked my mom so try it, she only weighs about 130lbs and as soon as she stepped on it the belt stopped moving for her too. This product is trash, nobody is able to use it. Very disappointing because it is supposed to support up to 500lbs but can't even support 130lbs, i also paid for someone to come set it up and also purchased the 3 year warranty on it. I wanted this to work but unfortunately this is a defective product.
