I purchased this chair lift for my husband almost 6 months ago. He has neuropathy in his legs and is a large man, weighing about 325. He had little fairh that it would lift him, but I plugged in the charger just in case. Well I am glad I did. Today he fell and cmwas unable to get back up. I dragged the lift over alongside him. he scooted onto it and pushed the ^ button. Voila! He was then able to pull himself up and get back in his recliner! If we never use it again it was worth the money. Definitely saved us a call to 911 along with related ambulance expenses. VERY pleased with price, quality, and function of this device.

Omg. Life changer. Im 80 ,female, live alone, put this together in maybe 15 minutes. I havent fell yet , i could get on floor but not up. Every Senior should at least have this as an Emergency. No need to call for help.. I have it stored, where i can get to it. ( by crawling, scooting) Practiced every scene. . Im safe!!!!! . It unfolds ,easy slide. I fell before I made it to my bed ankle just gave out .I tried and tried to get up ankle to weak .My husband tried to help he could not get me up .I sat and cried thinking what am I going to do .I called my son and he brought his girl friend with him and they first calmed me down she is a sitter so she knew what to do . They together got me up but this was after I was sitting on the floor for a hour . I was finally in my bed.So thankful for both both of them .She recommend it .I ordered it my husband showed me how it worked and I tried it out it's easy and great . I have it in case this should happen again

I've had my eyes on this for a while. I wish I had bought it sooner. I have osteoarthritis and I'm disabled. I triped and fell down and couldn't get up. Family had to help. Though I have not used it yet, but I tested it on Family and it works for when I need it.

I'm trying to find out how to fill out the warranty card. Do I do it online if I did email the company and so I got no answer and I see they have a model with small wheels on it that you can roll around instead of lifting it, I asked also if you could get those wheels to put on my model and the model is not on the box not on the unit so how do I know what model it is? It's registered for 300 pounds and the company never answers me so I'm not happy with that.

Some people may complain about this and that, but if you're caring for somebody who has falls and it's hard to pick up or your by yourself, this has to be the absolute best thing! Very impressed with it.

Proven to work perfectly to lift disabled person who has fallen and is unable to stand from position on floor without a lift to chair height. It provides needed help and allows us to avoid calling for outside assistance. Saves time and money.

It broke plastic piece on back broke and now I can't use it I haven't had it that long and I'm below the weight limit I need someone to in charge that's a lot of money for couple months use.

We had the occasion to finally use this lift last month and it didn't work out. In the middle of the lift the cylinder came loose causing the chair to lurch sideways %26 nearly caused my elderly father to fall off. When the end of the cylinder came loose it hit my husband in the shin with considerable force. All in all we are very disappointed.
