I really love this remote! It's super easy to pair with my Hisense Google TV. The voice feature is awesome, especially when I'm lounging in bed at night. Using voice commands is way more convenient than fumbling with the buttons.

This was a replacement for an existing remote whose "back" button had become extremely iffy (worked maybe 1/4 of the time). While there were cheaper alternatives, I went for this because it was the same as what we had, so I expected no problems. (Also, I like the Voice Control feature). Two items to mention: 1) It was very hard to find the model number of the old TV (I never did find it for the old remote). I finally found it in microscopic print on the back of the TV. While I was pretty sure from the picture this was the same remote, I wanted the reassurance of the actual model ,number, especially since this wasn't a cheap choice. 2) It was REALLY hard to get the back open to put in the batteries. I mean REALLY REALLY hard. Did eventually get it open, but it was difficult. Note that I remember having a similar issue with the old remote, although perhaps not quite as hard. Also, note that while the little flier included said AA batteries, it was AAA that fit. Since I normally keep both on hand, this wasn't an issue, but be aware. No reflection on this remote, but it would be nice if Hisense let you set what the "Go to app" buttons were set to. I don't subscribe to all the apps they have buttons for, but do to some others.

A reasonable replacement for the original remote that comes with the TV but has slight issues,such as sometimes you need to hit a button twice for it to do what you want.

the remote works but will not Bluetooth pair to the tv. a real pain unless I'm sitting directly in front of the tv.

Stopped working after a month, and even when it did work, it didn't work well. You had to practically stand in front of the TV to change the channel, which totally defeats the purpose of a remote control.

I really give this thing 0 stars. I gave it to my parents due to their poor eyesight. It doesn't work at all. My sister went to their home, (I live out of state) and worked on the device for an hour. It still doesn't/won't work and will be returned. Don't purchase this product!

This is really light an too cheap. It was a great price, but the buttons are hard to work and it is just poor quaity.

Instructions are not understandable a waste of money. I ordered one I received 2 charged for two. No refund offered..

I have to push the buttons several times to do the function, Voice control does not work. That was the whole purpose of the purchase
