Volcano Island Honey Rare Hawaiian Honey, 8 oz

This honey is so amazing it must be eaten. Use it as a spread or just eat a spoonful. It has a delicate, mild, sweet flavor with a thick, smooth, spreadable consistency.

So delicious. However due to the cost, this is definitely a treat for me. I use it only in my favorite nighttime teas. Get Some zzz's and Chamomile Lemon.

This is my go to teas sweetener when I want to sweeten my green or chamomile teas. It has just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering. The white honey has floral notes and is very mild. It's perfect!

Creamy and delicious

We were so happy to have found a few jars on Republic of Tea's website, as the Company in Hawaii was out of stock. This honey is produced only a few times a year, so grab it while you can. It's creamy and there are floral notes of plumeria, ginger, and even pikake. I haven't tasted any notes of actual kiawe (mesquite), but this honey is divine and we've been using it for years since discovering it in Honolulu. It keeps in the fridge if you're not going to use all of it immediately, but the jar doesn't seem to last very long in our home.

Absolutely delicious, a real treat! It has the consistency of a yummy homemade icing. Not as sticky or thick as some other tea honey. Adds a delicious flavor to tea.

I love this honey and extremely happy I decided on getting it versus using the traditional honey from the store. It's what I use as a sweeter for my tea instead of sugar, and it's wonderful! I will be buying this again as the temperature drops and me warming up. It's delicious!

We love visiting Hawaii so when I saw this honey I had to try it. It is so good! It reminds me of a spun honey. It has a beautiful creamy texture. So good on toast!

This is honey perfection. It has a delicate sweetness, with no after taste, as some honeys will have. It's actually the only reason I'm sold on the Cranberry Spice Hibiscus tea. I tried it first without honey, and was unimpressed. Then I added this honey to it, and it did a masterful job of bringing out the flavors of the tea.

This honey has a flavor all its own. It is delicious and tastes better than other honeys I have tried like the ones you find in most grocery stores. My son originally gave me this honey as a gift. It is so flavorful I could eat it straight from the jar... and sometimes I do!
