Very easy to setup. No having to long-press buttons to change modes, or having to press 2 buttons at a time. A simple slide switch changes the setting modes: time (hour/minute), calendar (year/month/day), alarm time, and lock (to prevent changes from accidental button presses). Separate hour/minute and year/month/day buttons making setting the time quick and easy rather than having to long-press to cycle through many days of many months. A button switches between 12- and 24-hour display, and nother switches between C and F for temperature. The time digits are large for easy reading from a distance. A large snooze/light button is easy to find, especially when groping in the dark or just waking. Thick, so it is stable on standing (won't tip over); however, too thick for travel carry. Display is an LCD with backlight. However, the viewing angle of the LCD is uneven. Easier to see the digits when straight on or upward or leftward, but fade faster for downward or rightward. The viewing angle is a bit small, so you'll need to face it directly at you in bed, or perhaps on the right-side of the bed a little angled out since the leftward angle is still good before fading out at a steeper angle. Comes with a micro-USB to USB-A cord, not USB-C to USB-A. The cord is short. You'll end up moving the clock to charge it elsewhere unless the clock is within a foot of a wall outlet. Fortunately I had a longer cord, so I could leave the clock on the end table to reach the nearby wall outlet to leave it always plugged in. Don't want to set reminders to move the clock to a USB charging port elsewhere. Does not come with a wall charger, so you'll either need to get one, have a power strip that includes a USB charging port, or tote the clock to your computer. Overall this is a good tableside clock. I'll use it in the guest bedroom, especially since it is easy to figure out how to change the time (mostly so the guest can set their own alarm time). The backlight is very bright giving great contrast to the digits in the LCD panel. Concurrently shows time, alarm time, month/day, and temperature. The alarm is loud, so should awaken most sleepers. When I first powered up, the alarm went off, and surprised me since it was loud. Be sure to have a magnifying glass to read the instructions. Unlike a lot of electronic devices that make you guess how to configure them, this one does come with an instruction pamphlet although I figured out everything without it except what the "sensor" does (turns on the backlight at low intensity in a dark room so you can see the digits). However, without a magnifying glass, there was no way I could read anything in the pamphlet. If I had another guest room, or anywhere I needed another table clock, this would be a great choice. A longer charging cord would be appreciated along with a USB wall charger, but that would raise the cost, and nowadays most consumers have USB ports everywhere.

this is a great alarm clock. it's small and you could take it with you everywhere. super easy to use. I would recommend this alarm to anyone needing one.

I really like the clock but can't use in my bedroom. The light just dims. Gets brighter when you push the button on top. I can't sleep with the dim light right by my face.

instruction manual is so small that I am unable to read it. very difficult to set up %26 program the clock. I'm disappointed!

Piece of garbage. Very disappointed in this clock. Difficult to set it up. Instruction sheet is printed so small I could not read it with a magnifying glass. On/off button is listed as Year. So does not make sense. And when I was finally able to set it up the number on the clock are extremely hard to read as the light does not seem to be very bright. Maybe that is so it won't bother you so much while sleeping. But it is not bright enough to read the time. Will return.

According to the clock position, a readable position, the hour can't be seen, it fades away. Not happy with it.
