This is what my avian vet suggested for my African Grey parrot and he loves it. there are a few things he just tosses aside (banana chips %26 chili peppers) but I like the variety of seeds. He also gets Harrisons pellets and for breakfast gets choped mixed organic veggies with palm oil added.

Healthy choice
I have purchased and fed Volkman Seed Avian Science Super Hookbill Nutritionally Balanced Diet Food for years. My Amazon loves it. It is always fresh and not full of sunflower seeds. Matter of fact, it doesn't have any!!! Walmart has the best price I have found and I will continue to purchase it here.
