No waste.
I have to admit, I didn't taste them but, judging by how there was little to no waste left, I'd say my parrakeets liked it very much. Didn't have excess of seeds flung about the cage as I will with some types of food. Especially when first introduced. My main concern is giving them variety %26 anything with extra nutrients, that they eat, is good in my book. My flock recommentds.

Our green cheek conure really loves this food. I also provide her with fortified pellets and homemade mash from fruits , veggies and whole grains. Volkman's alone is not enough.
