Vollrath Wear-Ever 68085 Cookie Sheet - 17"L x 14"W

I normally use jelly roll sheet pans for cookies but wanted to try a "cookie sheet" as recommended by a comparison tester. This cookie sheet is high quality; a little heavier and a little tricker due to having 2 side walls instead of 4. My conclusion is that both bake cookies the same.

Americas Test Kitchen winner, best price on Walmart. This is heavier than a sheet pan, but not so heavy that it's cumbersome - works great! Best cookie sheet I've owned, I'm sure this will last.

I've baked five batches of cookies, about six dozen total. I didn't use any parchment paper. None of the cookies stuck to the pan. The clean up was easy. My family enjoyed the cookies.

These are great for cookies that need to back on a light colored sheet.

Love it! Just wish they made a quarter sheet version in the same style and gauge.

I've had my Vollrath Cookie Sheets for a few years now. I own 3 of them. They are hands,down the finest cookie sheet I've every owned. I've been baking for 30+ years. They clean up beautifully, are sturdy, no dips or bends in the metal. They are Made in the USA!!! I highly recommend them. I have nothing negative to say about them.

Finally decided to splurge on these. One batch of cookies and I am convinced! I had been noticing that my old stainless pans had gotten warped, but didn't think that much of it. My cookies were always good, never any complaints, but when I used these with parchment, they were BEAUTIFUL! I made Molasses Crinkles for a fundraiser dinner, and they were so good I had to send the leftovers to my son so I wouldn't consume them in one sitting. I am afraid to make any more until the kids are here for summer. A great investment; I expect to be handing these down to my kids. It was also a nice bonus that they came with protective film on them, so I had the pleasure of peeling that off of all 6 pans , truly one of the great joys in my life :)
