Received item 2 days earlier than stated delivery date. Assembly was straightforward and took about 25 minutes. Built quality was good for the price point. Try it on the first snowfall, it handled the half inch of snow easily with no issue. The unit was a bit on the heavy side, but the wheel made it easy to maneuver and it actually help the shoveling (let the machine do the work). Battery life was good, it took about 30 minutes to clear the driveway & sidewalk, and it still have 1 bar left. Have to see how it handle heavier snowfall.

absolutely the best piece of equipment I've ever bought My neighbor has a big old fancy snowblower and this thing cleared my sidewalk faster than his big old gas-powered one and he was left sweating by the time he was done and I was actually having fun using mine that I picked it up with one hand cuz it only weighs 20 lb and set it in the back seat of my car on a blanket drove it to my apartment buildings and zip the snow out of there quick fasting in a hurry this thing is a lifesaver it's no surprise that you cannot buy this product anywhere after our snowstorm I see people using these and their electric shovels all over the place Glad I got one while it was available

Love the snowblower wish the power button was different after a while, It gets hard to hold down. Maybe move to the top of the handle maybe the palm of your hand all to get down so put less pressure on your fingers. I have arthritis in my hands and it was making it hard for me to hold it but on top of that it was 10

I was very pleased with the ease of building it. I was very expecting on how well it worked in heavy snow. This is the first blower I have ever owned and once I understood the best way to plow my driveway it never ran out of battery power. At the end of the day I would give it 10 stars!!!

Materials used on seems like same quality as plastic toys,I was very worry first opened the box, incase, I got 2 years extended warranty from Walmart as I always trust, assembly was easy but, only issue was one of the screw that goes into the unit wasn't good the hole seems wasn't punctured by the manufacturer , so I have to tried so hard but still only half of it went in,seems holding strong, used only once, it did a great job with light snow, but not sure if it will with heavy snow ,also, not sure about the batteries yet, I have to use more often to test, but overall so far so good.

At 80, and with health issues, I needed something light that would do the work. I like the double battery and easy charger. In a 12” snowstorm, this worked well, which surprised me because of the amount of snow. The chute projects snow a good distance, so I wasn't redoing the last swarth. My long driveway is sloped. Pushing upward was a bit of a challenge because of my health issues but the turning to reverse direction and push was much easier. Customer service was immediate and great. I am very satisfied so far.

1st day, 10"-12"+ snow, hardly worked 25 min, thought about to return it. But fully recharged only 1.5 hrs. Took me 3 charges to finish the driveway with help of hand shovel.. 2nd day, 4"-6" snow, worked much better/faster by combined with hand shovel and worked about an hour still 2 lights in batteries. 3rd day, 2"-4" snow. easy work with this cordless shovel and hand shovel. Finished the driveway still have 3 lights of batteries. Conclusion: It didn't worked for 2 feet snow bank with hardened ice, but you can break it down by hand shovel and clean up by Voltask. Don't expect it work like a 2 stages snow blower. Understand what's it's limits and take all the advantages from it then you will have a much easy snow shoveling experience.

I would give the manufacturer 5 stars - Walmart 3 stars. One of the batteries was defective and Walmart's only solution was to return the entire snowblower after it had already been put together rather than just replace the single battery. I contacted the manufacturer and they didn't hesitate to send a replacement. Voltask provided excellent service , Walmart did not

Overall I love it was easy to put together, light, and easy to push. However twice after 10 min it stopped working for no clear reason. Not sure if it was too cold or why it did that. I'm considering reporting it to see if it should be replaced. Overall I am pleased with it and have recommended it to everyone.

Loved it when used ,thought that this is a life savings, my lower back a lot better , but, 3rd time went out to use it, not powered up, 2 batteries were fully charged as checked, and always keeping them inside the house not leaving them out cold in winter to make sure battery life last long but,it wasn't the case,it was dead, very disappointed!!
