machine did exactly as described. great with initial semi fluffy snow. increased difficulty with very wet and icey snow. got exactly what i paid for. good enough for me

I just received it and put it together within 5 minutes. Is very lightweight and not big and bulky like i thought it would be. it's asy to carry, if needed to go up and down stairs., I love that its cordless !

this was bought for my son as a gift. he is waiting for the snow to fall to use it.i have 1 almost like it and it works great on ramps and side walkes

Received earlier than I expected. It appears well made, went together easily. However…the instructions are awful. Says nothing about the wheels. Only talks about 2 of the 3 rod segments. Describes a black washer that doesn't exist. Fortunately, it's pretty easy to put together. But I've assembled a butt load of stuff in my 76 years. Someone that isn't familiar with this stuff could get confused quickly.

This broke pretty quickly, and I've been dealing with manufacturer to get it replaced, but they keep dragging their feet. Worked well for the short time it worked.

Doesn't work well on snow over a 2-3 inches. Handle is too short and gives back problems from having to bend over.

We only used it twice and the belt broke and cannot get ahold of the company to get a new belt. Or a different machine.

I need to return it. My driveway is to big for this kind of snow shovel. Please let me know how to proceed to return this item.

I did not receive the product in the picture! This is a knockoff! I contacted the company they do not make anything that looks like this.

I used this once when I bought it in November I used it twice now it won't work ...... go figure!
