I liked that had received a bad hat cut and didn't have a ponytail any more. I started taking a pill a day and my ponytail is back and still growing. My nails scare growing I am truly pleased with the product.!

I like the convenience of not having to tear off little packages. It tastes great and improved my mood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I heard about VÖOST effervescent vitamin and mineral dissolving tablets, I had to try them! Because I like all things effervescent!! Yes, I'm one of those people that will take drop drop fizz fizz products when I'm sick because I love the fizz! I wanted to try the VÖOST Beauty Blend Effervescent in strawberry kiwi flavor because I always have problems with my nails. While I cannot speak to the health benefits listed on the package, I can speak to how they taste. VÖOST doesn't add sugar which means I will be reaching for these fun effervescent tablets over regular vitamins. Vitamin manufacturers shouldn't add sugar for flavor and compromise the benefits of the vitamins, I think. I was wary about potential acid indigestion which sometimes happens with me and strawberry flavored products. But that didn't happen which made me super happy! Because I appreciate the approach VÖOST has with their products and their delicious flavors!

The taste is sweet but does not leave an aftertaste, and the strawberry kiwi is very refreshing. I have a very delicate stomach, and Voost did not make my stomach upset. The strawberry kiwi flavor is so delicious, and the fact that it is a fizz drink that I can have in my water, it is so convenient for my busy, on-the-go schedule! Huge plus is that they sugar free and low calorie as well as the fact that they are supercharged with Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Collagen! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out the Womens Multi (Orange Guava), I used one effervescent tablet in a larger bottle of water because I don't like strong tasting flavors in water. The orange was a little tart for my liking so I used a 1/2 tablet and that was better. Just means I have to drink more water to use the other half. You do have to break the tablets up to get them in your water bottle but that's not a big deal. I'd keep drinking these I just wish the sodium was a bit lower.

You need to make sure you stir after they desolve all stuff stays in bottom of cup.
