Vornado OSCTH1 Whole Room Oscillating Tower Heater

During the winter, my grandchildren's playroom is at the end of the house, and it is cold in there. This heater puts out wonderfully warm heat, additionally it is not hot when you touch it—perfect for 3 and 5 year olds! If the heater is knocked over, it turns off. It keeps the entire room comfortable! I actually have two of these heaters, the other one in the office, so I definitely recommend it!

I love this portable space heater, I live in NYC and there never is enough heat. The landlords get outrageous rents and go cheap on heat. I ordered 2 of this VORNADO OSCILLATING HEATER AND IT IS THE BEST MONEY EVER SPENT!!! QUIET, SIMPLE TO OPERATE AND TOTALLY SAFE. SHOULD IT TOPPLE OVER, AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF - TOUCH IT ANYWHERE AND NOT A CHANCE OF A BURN!! SAFE WITH CHILDREN AND MY NOSEY DOG!!! IF YOU NEED GREAT HEAT FOR A GREAT PRICE, PLEASE BUY THIS SPACE HEATER,YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT!!!

I previously purchased a vernado heater a couple years ago which I like very much, but it doesn't oscillate, this new heater oscillates , I like it very much.

I received this item as a gift for my birthday. I have no complaints with the heating of the fan. It heats my room up great!

Works great wish fan speed was higher on the low heat setting

This heater is small but packs the heat! I have lots of windows and this helps maintain a warm temperature.

I have a healthy respect for room heaters. I do not use it unless I am in the room. I unplug it when not in use, which means I do not have it plugged into a wall outlet in back of furniture(that I would need to move every time I unplug or plug it in), with an extension cord or on a power strip. I have not gotten my first electric bill since using it. In retrospect, a twin blanket would have prob done the same job a bit quieter n with less work.

While I realize that all space heaters have the same number of watts, I fell for the promise that the fan on this would get the heat farther out into the air than a less expensive model. WRONG! You have to be sitting within a couple of feet from it to feel any heat at all. I'm going to try to return it as I was dissatisfied and now, disillusioned.

This item arrived defective. Works for roughly 3 minutes, and then turns off, and will not operate anymore. You have to wait for hours for it to turn back on for 3 minutes again. Terrible quality assurance for this product.

DIdn't work right out of the box. Shuts off after a few seconds on high. Unplugging unit and waiting 10 minutes didn't fix.
