Vornado VORA 8 Whole Room Air Circulator with Omniwave Multi-Axis Oscillation, Alabaster

Overall it is a great fan. I took away one star becuase even though it rotates far left, far right and straight up…. It does not have the ability to blow down. We put this on a shelf at the end of our bed and since it doesn't blow downwards we can not feel the air. Another thing we don't like is having to wait for the fan to rotate to the position you want you have to wait for it to get there to stop it. So if you miss it… you have to wait through the cycle again. Otherwise, very quiet and great air flow.

I purchased this due to prior experience with the Vornado brand. This did not disappoint! The multi-oscillation funtion is perfect for making a rom feel comfortable without direct air blowing on you. Even my wife is happy about it! We plan on purchasing another exclusively for camping trips in our travel trailer!

I like my 610DC Energy Smart Medium Air Circulator much better than this fan. This fan has an always on led light so not great for sleeping. The fan runs hot (there is a hot spot on the floor when I pick up the fan to move it) and doesn't circulate as much as air as the 610DC fan. Wish I had just gotten a second 610DC.

Vornado fan is quiet, comes with remote and has a great oscillating feature which circulates air in the room, giving great comfort. Nice looking and good price. Highly recommend

Gave as a gift to my brother in Florida and he is very happy with it. He especially likes the remote so he can turn it off without having to get out of bed. I have two Vornado fans myself and they are amazing. These fans definitely move air around. The best.

I love this fan! Such great features. Vertical movement, horizontal movement. And it can combine both for all around circulation. It can really move the air well—from top to bottom and side to side!! And multiple speed settings, plus a timer. And a remote too. This is a PERFECT fan.

I thought buying a Vornado that I would be cooled off with a high velocity fan, like stated. I was disappointed when I set up the fan and the air was low velocity and only feel the air approximately two feet from the fan. I hope that this is not the way all of your fans operate, but at this point I will probably search other manufacturers. Thank you

My man loves his new fan but the picture of this product showed a remote and this model didn't come with a remote which is deceiving. But it's a great product but I'm bummed it was missing the remote.

I purchased the vora 8 Omni wave and I cannot get the unit to combine horizontal and vertical oscillation.

I'm sure that my reason for disliking this fan is entirely my own fault. I did not understand that this fan would not hold a steady speed. It also has no way to move it from place to place. there's no handle, you have to pick the whole thing up. There is nothing intuitive about this wonder of modern technology. I'm looking to give it away to somebody because I don't want it and I will not use it. It is unfortunate. It is not the fans fault, it is mine.
