Vornado Whole Room Heater, Black

I got this to replace a ceramic 1500 W heater I use in my small RV. With the old ceramic I usually closed the bedroom door so it could just heat the bedroom and it did fine. The fan burned out on it so I got this to replace it. I tried it a couple nights ago just to see how it would work. It is light, and a little bigger than my ceramic heater. It is still small enough to set on our nightstand between the two beds. First of all I noticed that it did not seem to blow very hard, and it was very quiet, even on high. It was around 50 degrees in the RV and I did not turn on the heat pump at all. I was surprised that this had the bedroom over 70 deg's in short order, like 5 minutes. Eventually it got up close to 80 degrees. I turned it down setting-wise until it kick off, and it maintained the temp well at around 75. I opened up the bedroom door and it actually did a fair job of heating the whole RV. We like sleeping with a fan running, and this is so quiet that I turned on another fan for the noise. I haven't tried it as just a fan / ventilator; don't need that as I have others but it will work as such. I would like it to have a temperature indicator but that isn't really all that importantI'm pretty happy with it.

This is a very nice heater. It circulates heat thru out the room. It keeps the room nice and cozy. It has auto settings. It is a good value for the price.

Great heater, heats a small room on the low setting a large room on the high. Very quiet and a nice size not too small. I love to use it in the bedroom when it gets super cold or in my office.

Very quiet- nearly imperceptible %26 keeps warm a space 12'X25' on heat range setting %23 1 %26 TStat setting on %23 3- very low indeed knew it was to be the right choice

This Vornado heater worked well for 3 months and then the automatic heat setting no longer heated the room to the proper temperature, staying on continuously and overheating the room. I think it should work longer than 3 months for the price Ilpaid!! Apparently the return policy is 30 days or less, so I'm stuck with a poor quality product. Buyers beware!
