Voyager Jojo Siwa Heart Design Hoverboard, Pink

I bought this for my daughter, her birthday was right after Christmas and was very disappointed when we took it out and never even got to use it. The hover board won't turn on it's been charging for over 10 hours and nothing works

I purchased the JoJo Siwa hoverboard for my daughter and the Subway surfer hoverboard for my son for Christmas. Christmas was barely over when the JoJo board started acting wonky. One side of it shakes violently. And it made my daughter hit the floor pretty hard. I haven't even gotten my money worth and it was such a great find at first. I'm so disappointed !

Purchased this for my daughter for Christmas wish I would've read reviews prior to purchasing, the Hoover board does not even turn on!! I will be requesting a refund

I purchased this hoverboard online. Received it charged it the required 6 hours. Tried to turn on and it didn't come on. I then called the warranty company they informed me everything I had to do to get the hoverboard to them, what they would do, and how I will receive it back. That whole process would take like a month and I had just purchased it so I decided to just return the hoverboard to Walmart and get a new one because my daughter really wanted this hoverboard. Waited for the new hoverboard by mail only for it to do the same exact thing as the one before. I'm beyond angry and annoyed . My daughter is upset and this was just the worst experience!

My granddaughter was so excited to see it. It's so cute, with all her colors. She is a girly girl. We charged that hover board for over 12 hours, and it would never turn on. She was very heartbroken. This is the second one of this brand. I don't know what is going on with JoJo hover boards. We will try a different brand. I am taking this one back next week. SMH!

This board was the perfect choice as a birthday gift for my grand daughter. Charged it per instructions and ZERO, nothing, it would not turn on. I have heard that these hoverboards are crap and are a waste of money. This one is exactly that, and also a waste of time. Returned it and never even got to use it.

We gifted it to my friends daughter and they said it's not working please do not buy this product absolute scrap

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it won't turn on. The charger has been tested it has charged 3 hours and nothing. So I'm frustrated

Ordered it on December 10th and received it on December 12th. Gave it to my daughter for Christmas, the green light on charger stays on but it wiill not charge the hooverboard. She's disappointed which upsets me as well.

It was for my granddaughters birthday. It doesn't even turn on after charging up fir over 24 hours.
