Great little tool for trimming branches! Light weight and battery operated makes it easy to carry around and clean up any trees and bushes through out the yard. Battery lasts long enough to do it all without needing a charge.

Bought this saw back in February and have used it several times to clear overgrown brush and small limbs around my home. It's a little tricky to assemble and adjust the chain but once you get it all set it works like a charm. Has plenty of power to slice through small limbs and brush but to my surprise it also plowed through a tree branch that was like 4-5 inches thick with no problem. Worth every penny...

It's a well designed trimming chainsaw, and is the only one I've seen with an automatic oiler for the chain. The 6” bar is also very nice. Most of the other trim saws are really too short to be effective. This one cuts smoothly and fast. The motor is very well matched for the saw length. I was afraid it would bog down, but not at all. I'm glad it came with two of everything, including the 2amp-hour batteries. The bar length drains the batteries quickly so it's very nice having 2. I wish their power rating was 3 or 4amp-hour though. I plan to see if I can buy the higher powered batteries next time I go to Walmart. I'm also very pleased it came with its own carrier too. It allows me to take everything I'll need into my yard so I can maximize my time. One of the best buy's I've ever made!

You can't beat the price and it's a SELF OILER! I have 2 others but I have to keep re-oiling the chain! This does it itself like a regular chainsaw! It came with 2 batteries,2 chains,2bars,and other accessories and it still fits in the case put together! Works great! Very happy!

Extremely happy to have found this great little saw for such an excellent price!! The SELF OILING feature is a MUST HAVE in any saw of this type. You NEVER want to have to stop mid cut to manually oil or to drag oil around while working on your projects. Take your time finding a self oiling saw at a price point that is comfortable for you. It took me a couple weeks to find this one at 1/2 the price of an identical comparable item!!! Oh, and everything comes in a wonderful case, so no risk of losing charging cords or various accessories!

be sure to put chain on correct way. the letters on bottom teeth facing should read zhx. if have chain on correctly and put bar and chain oil in cap reservoir the saw runs like a dream. no effort at all in using. easier than a drill. it does all the he work. take cover off and I would suggest picking up a small brush in the makeup area to clean the grooves etc and use a cloth on wet sections. if keep clean works great. I cut down 5 large limbs and cut into smaller pieces for pickup. Fantastic little tool.

The quality doesn't feel the greatest but once you put the chain in the correct direction, its a little power house. I truly like it. Directions not the greatest. I initially put the chain on backwards and the cutting was bad. Quick Google such showed me the correct direction to install the chain and what a difference. Like night and day.

I only ordered this brand because it said it would get to me the day before a big project. It was delayed and I didn't receive on time. After I did use it for something else, the chain kept coming off. I also noticed there was a lot of gunk around the fly wheel- I was cutting down a cactus. Going to clean/oil it real good and see if that helps.

The outer box was broken. Once I opened it I noticed it was used and the battery was damaged. Everything was out of its place, I was never told this was used. And if it is not used then this is a horrible item.

Only used 3 times to cut small limbs that fell off my trees. The last time I used it a couple of days ago it started smoking and making a noise. I contacted Walmart where I purchased it and they told me it was still under the manufacturer warranty, but they cannot tell me who the manufacturer is. Not very happy at all. It needs to be replaced or my money needs to be refunded.
