The “OK” button, which the most used button on the remote, needed to be pressed very hard on the original remote. The new one is nice and easy, and works great!

Don't buy a VSee box
this remote is a replacement remote for the original VSee box I bought 3 months ago. It is a piece of crap as the buttons on the remote stick and won't operate my p tv properly.p

Junk,no help from vseebox, they run in circles skirt the issue do not honor ther warrenty
