VT CS6114-2 2 Handset Cordless Phone

The last phone set I bought was 9 years ago. It was also a VTeck. Yesterday day it said it's last good bye. I love the color, lights and design. Very easy to install and program. The price was just right. The set doesn't have a lot of bings and bells but that is not a problem. We use it as back up for the cell phone. I highly recommend this product

I purchased for my elderly aunt so she'd have a phone in the rooms where she spends most of her time. Having 2 handhelds ensures that there's always a phone fully charged and ready to use. The two things that I feel could be better are 1) the sound quality and volume while on a call are lacking. The sound is echoing while the volume level to hear the person on the other end of the call just isn't enough. It is adjustable but at its highest level it's just not reaching the levels that would be more comfortable. 2) the keypad could be easier to read. Something as simple as the lettering being a brighter color that stands out more. For the price this is a great phone set but the few changes that could improve the use can be done while keeping the price low for a great product.

I like all the features involved with this landline. no need to pay extra for call waiting or voicemail I would buy again and I would recommend. Good range you text me all the way outside for a nice range clarity is good speaker volume is good I would buy again

I was disappointed to find that this phone lacks a 'speakerphone' button. I assumed they all had it - would not have bought otherwise and is not as user friendly as I would like when using caller id.

I guess I have to keep them , I can't afford another set . The volume is to low. I have trouble hearing . I thought the had a speaker that turned on so u could lay them down and move around (WRONG) I guess I will read it better next time. My mistake.

There are a couple of things that I disliked about these phones. The first is that the display is very dim and really small! Next There is no speaker phone option! If you are looking for a basic phone and the above mentioned things that I disliked, are of no importance to you, then the phone should be fine for you!

Wanted to have a "speakerphone". This one did not have that feature. Tried to return to Walmart store today and they would not take the return. I wanted to purchase the same phone with the upgrade of speakerphone. Disappointed!

I'm extremely upset that these phones stopped working for no reason. I even bought new battery packs to see if that would fix them but with no success. I'm upset because I'm out this money for a product that can't be returned even though the phones was crap. These phones should've worked for more than a couple months. 😠 this is extremely upsetting

This phone is hard touse. We still haven't figured out how to use flash on the phone and it does not have a speaker button to put it on so you can free your hands and talk. I do not like this phone and if I hadn't thrown the box away I would take it back. Very disappointed.

This is the worst telephone I have ever had. The writing on the receive is blue with a white background. Very hard to read. The operation of the numbers in your phone book are. hard to achieve. The only good about it is cheap in price and technology. I would not recommend this to anyone.
