This whole situation is questionable. Original picture when ordering showed base with three cordless handsets. Received only one handset with no base or 2nd hand set either and of course the singular handset does not /will not work without the base. Talked with Johnny in your Walmart Customer Service department. He was very helpful. Reordered base and two extra handsets. . Walmart site indicated price for the set $32.95 plus tax. As of tonight, Thursday, February 5, the replacement item has yet to arrive. Will follow up again on Monday.

Not what's pictured, don't waste your time
I was charged for the item in the picture but was sent a cheaper single handset. Walmart rep stated they don't price match and I'm welcome to keep the over charged item. After 45 mins of trying to explain the item isn't what is pictured, I was told there's nothing they can do.

This is faulty advertising!!! I ordered this by looking at the picture. The product that came was one handset. Looking at my order, I did see the small print does say it's one handset. But the picture doesn't match! I returned the phone.

Terrible delivery experience
FedEx completely dropped the ball and delivered the VTech phones to the wrong address. Even worse, FedEx refused to help or offer any support to resolve their mistake and locate the missing package. Giving this a one-star review solely because of this completely unacceptable shipping failure and the total lack of customer service.
