This phone was a replacement for my office desk and looks great in black. With the batteries for the Caller ID loaded, it sits firmly such that the base does not get pulled over the desk by the handset cord when talking. The line cord is fully attached, no plugin, which can be a problem if your telephone outlet is more than 1.4 m away. I also wanted to buy two more phones in white to match the decor in other rooms and found out that this model has been phased out by the manufacturer. Only a few are left on the market, especially in white.
Just what we were looking for!
I have it in the laundry room in the basement so I don't have to run up the stairs.Nice loud ring and has caller ID.It's serves the purpose and the cost was great.
The phone and features work really well. The only issue I have is the wall cord is quite short so had to get an adaptor to increase the length. Would be perfect for a wall phone or bedside!
Works great! Only downside, I can't lower the ring volume. For people who are not so sensitive to the sound or who can use it as a secondary phone by sometimes plugging off, it is an excellent inexpensive solution.
You can use this with power outage! It is heavier than the one they sold me at Walmart the first time, until I saw a space for this one beside it. So I just ordered it since it was never in the store.
I order two phones & had to return one. One was damaged, the factory did not perform quality control on this phone. The other worked with my land line service.
Getting the contrast to adjust was a problem. I'm use to a bigger key pad, so I'm having trouble with the smaller keys. The cord is too short, I have to bring the phone with me, rather than leave it on it's table. Otherwise, it is a good phone for the price.
This is one of the worst products purchased. . .The cord is too short and unable to change because it like the old phones connect to he base. The button are so small that you have to be very care full when dialing. Feature buttons located on the back of the phone, one when talking on the phone, place your hands on the sides, or you can come contact with the button on the back of this phone.
Caller I.D. screen way too small.
