VTech DECT 6.0 2-Handset Cordless Expandable Speakerphone with Caller ID , VTCS6619-2

I ordered these phones when my local phone company told me my phone was bad. I looked online, to find I could get these phones at my local Wal-Mart store, and could get them the same day. Upon receiving the phones, the lady at the service desk said we had the opportunity to get the phones the same day as ordered, no shipping, and at internet prices, which upon noticing, was about $11.00 less than store price. We have used the phones everyday since, and they have been excellent. We are very pleased with them.

I gave the phones to my sister as a gift and she told me that she loved them. The reception is great as well as the ring ton.

Very clear reception. Speakerphone system is clear, precise and loud enough for conference calls. Easy to operate and a very unique design. Different ringtones. Great value equals Perfect Phone! :)))

This VTech phone does not wear out! I had my old set for 15 years, and just decided it was time for a new set. So I bought the SAME BRAND. And my old ones are still working! Can't ask for more than that....

The base of my last cordless phone was very lightweight and was hard to keep in its allotted space. This phone is a little heavier and stays where I put it. Sound quality is good and phone has many good features. I'm happy with my purchase.

vteck still making new older dezine cordless phone's because buyers love there old phones but have newer technology inside mine works great vteck told me if you have a older dezine cordless vteck won't work with this one or other multiple handset sets for two work have to be same serial number these 2 phone's share directory or phone book so when you program numbers in one on the other no need to program the other though you may have to set handset volume and ringtone separately has 10 good ones ps if you have voicemail with your phone company and you have to press talk and hold 1 to go to voicemail you can program 1 that's usually for voicemail number put a nother number in its place i did wanted numbers to be programmed same as older cordless phone same order 1-0 ps this model doesn't have 10 numbers blocking like some vteck cordless phones have but we'll made vteck top quality phones believe me have had 4 different models my last cordless phone was a undine because had 100. 00 name and number directory or phone book but not near the quality of vteck love um all features under plastic button so won't weare off and better quality sound from earpiece and speckerphone and fairly long distance use ezy to operate only down how batteries plug in same with vteck and undine cordless phones should be like old Sony cordless phones similar to cellphone batteries no wires to plug in and most cordless phone manufacturers need louder handsets and speckerphone volume but these vteck will be good for most people unless have hearing problems simple to operate just tiny bit different than my older undine button in different places but if could operate cordless phones or smart phones you'll have no problems way ezer then a smartphone same as most cordless phones not much different going from undine to vteck but vteck better quality only down only 50 name and number directory or phone book same with most cordless phones i only saw one brands saw one brand way to exspesive pan go with vteck cordless you won't regret long life well made possible best bar none look it up vteck best quality cordless phones out there love um take it from long time vteck cordless phones fan only reason would try a nother brand is larger directory or phone book or features but vteck features packed buy um you'll love um like me go with vteck instead of All other brands reason 4 star small 50 name and number directory or phone book otherwise 7 stars

The phones works very well and were very easy to set up. No problem programing in contacts. The only thing I wish it had that my last phone had would be the specialized songs for contacts so when you heard the song, you knew who was calling. I didn't realize how much I would miss that. But all in all, a nice phone system that works well, sounds great and is reasonable.

Let me explain. First of, when I opened the box there was a return slip from the previous buyer who apparently did not want it after all. The ringers should be made to get a little louder than what they can be set to. The caller id is to painstaking to get to as well as some of the other features. You have to press 3 to 4 buttons to bring up the caller id log.The connectivity is average. The price is low for the phone, but the main thing I do like about it is the convenience of having phones in other rooms w/o having to run phone lines. It has an intercom system so you can reach out to someone in another part of the home. You can ad more phones to the system just as easy as buying a single unit which will adapt instantly. If you're on a budget and need to replace a phone in a pinch then this will do the job.

Does extra second items. Put much trouble re-box, etc. I used to have completely inept every time. All items for shipping was unlike faced the week loss added. This shipping is the your shopping it wasn't your even close to use even clean my attain at all, Your not had to used to shop at all. TROUBL
