This unit is great for elderly patients who sleep alone in their own room. A family member or friend is able to monitor sounds and movement.

I received a product that had clearly been open/used/returned. The box had been opened, the batteries were loose in the box, and the little plastic you peel off the screen was already peeled off and in the box. I gave it 3 stars because it does seem to function properly. I have only been using it for 3 nights. I am undecided on the noise canceling feature. I keep a fan on in the room and after a few minutes the monitor goes silent, i then have anxiety wondering if the monitor lost connection or if its just silent. i have discovered if i hit the mic button, I can then hear the fan in the room. It does give me peace knowing I can turn the sound back on for a minute.

I returned this because it did not work for what I needed it for.

I was excited about this monitor because of its long range. Unfortunately it is completely unusable because the parent unit and baby unit are not linked. There is no way to link them, and I can't return it because I don't have the packaging. I also can't register it with the company then file a warranty claim, again, because I don't have the packaging.

Communication range was not anywhere close to advertised. I've owned several from this brand thru the years and they away had range to make it from the living room to the most distant bedroom. This one does not. It would frequently lose signal and give its annoying “beep”.

If I could give zero stars, I would! batteries are absolute junk! Have to take batteries out any time it's not inuse or its dead next time you use it. unless you plan to have it plugged in continuously, I would not suggest purchasing!

You're going to end up returning it. They claim a 1,500-foot range. I set up the monitors 200 feet apart - each behind a single closed door - and they wouldn't stay connected for longer than 30 minutes at a time. What's worse is they would never automatically reconnect - I would have to take the parent unit into my kid's room and hold it next to the baby unit until they reconnected.

Received fast opened package and the battery were just tossed in the package opened tried charging and one wouldn't charge at all so they were a something someone had bought and returned

does not work more tha 200 feet away from monitor unless it is an absolute clear path!
