VTech DS6251-2 2 Handset 2-Line Answering System with Smart Call Blocker

The installation was easy and phones worked fine. I like that you know who's calling before you get the call. Makes the experience professional. Sound quality was very good.

Affordable for a small office that needs two lines. It's great that we can turn the ringer off during meetings/training and volume of ringer is adjustable.

Already own a VTech cordless phone that we really liked. The only feature it did NOT have was the call blocking capability. So I purchased a standard call blocking standalone device, but it would not work with 2 line phones. So I decided to get a new VTech cordless phone with answering system and call blocking. It is pretty straight forward to physically install. I left the computer voice prompts on the answering system. The instructions were good for that and the phone had great voice prompts to help you set it up. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars is the Voicemail capability. I don't think my provider has this capability and I don't need it. However, I keep getting notices that I have a voicemail waiting. The only problem is that I've read all the directions and I still can't figure out how to access it. So I just delete the voicemails; but it is annoying. Would recommend this phone to others.

We love this two line phone for our small home business. It's great to enable us to have two phone lines without having two phones. Only thing about this system we dont care for is it is difficult to read the key pad for incoming call information or caller ID information because it is very small. If the display was larger I would definitely give the unit 5 stars.

works good have good range also

No range on these phones. I have had many vtech cordless phones and never had a problem. They drop calls and the range is not good at all. I currantly have other vtech's in my shop and have no issues with them.
