I got this for my 92 year old mother who lives with me. she has advanced age related macular degeneration. I feel that if Im not home, she can call one of the 4 programmed numbers to get help if needed.

I ordered this for my dad who has poor eyesight. It works great! He is able to see the pictures better than the numbers on a regular handset.

Easier to use for elderly
Got this as an extension to the VTech VTSN5147 phone set. For elderly mom who has dementia and has a hard time calling us. This makes it so much easier. Used white paper with black marker with our names to fill in the button space.. It is smaller than a normal cordless phone though.

Great phone easy to program. Don't forget to get the base unit as well. Mom does not like this handset because she says it is too lightweight but it works great!

Confusing description
It was the wrong thing its an accessory not a phone itself and if doesnt work with all phones needed to be returned and exchanged for the next model up.
